Welcome to our spacious and inviting getaway! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our stunning house is the perfect destination for large groups, family reunions, or corporate retreats. With room to accommodate up to 20 guests, you'll find ample space to unwind, relax, and create unforgettable memories.

As you step inside to the left you will find a spacious living area with ample seating and large windows that fill the space with natural lighting making it the perfect sport for bonding! To the right is a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. Preparing meals for your group will be a breeze!
The main level also contains 1.5 bath and a laundry area.

When it's time to retire for the night, choose from our well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed and a shared full bathroom. In the basement you'll find another cozy living area, full bathroom and bedroom. The "bunk room" contains 3 sets of full over full bunk beds each with a twin trundle.

Outside is a deck with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or night cap! Take advantage of the FREE community pool, basketball court, or playground.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly, failure to honor this request will result in a $200 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
