The Space:
Please note the building allows monthly minimum stays and an application will be required to finalize your reservation. The building management reviews and needs to approve each booking. We will email you the building application upon reservation booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

THE SPACE: Lux studio apartment with en suite bathroom and balcony with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Port of Miami, South Beach. All necessary amenities are provided. King size bed (semi-private) and Queen size sofa bed.

THE BUILDING: Situated within Miami's vibrant Arts and Entertainment District, this exceptional building offers an extensive range of amenities for your enjoyment. Delight in the refreshing rooftop plunge pool, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Downtown Miami skyline and the picturesque Biscayne Bay. Immerse yourself in the world of entertainment with the on-site theater, or find inner peace in the harmonious indoor/outdoor yoga garden. Stay active and maintain your fitness routine in the well-equipped fitness center, or engage in a spirited game on the glass-enclosed racquetball court. Unwind and soak up the sun on the sundeck, or rejuvenate your senses in the soothing sauna.

LOCATION: Walking distance to Bayside Mall, American Airlines Arena, The Arch Center Opera and Ballet Brickell Avenue, Hyatt Convention Center, 6 Minutes to the beach by car - right over the bridge to Miami Beach. Convenient to the Cruise Port of Miami. Best location during Art Basel close to south Beach, The Design District, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami International Airport. There is a CVS 2 blocks away and a Whole foods 3 blocks away.

TRANSPORTATION: We recommend you rent a car and valet in the building or Uber - we are located 12 minutes from the airport with no traffic. The area is also very walkable.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). If you intend to prepare a meal or require specific items, the House Guide stands by with further details, beneficial advice, and comprehensive protocols for guests.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU'RE HERE: Whether you're visiting during the busy summer arts festivals or during fishing season, you'll find plenty of things to do. We've assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we're happy to answer additional questions.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property's exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Guest Access:
Please note the building only allows monthly rentals. We will provide you with the building application and lease to be completed. There is a $200 application fee paid to the building management. Please note your booking is contingent upon building approval.

Getting Around:
We suggest driving, but there is also a free metromover steps away. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options. Revel and electric scooters are ready available throughout the downtown area.
