Great location

We were a party of 4 adults and stayed for 4 nights. Host provided clear instructions for a self check-in and place was located in a central location, very close to the airport and shopping.

Good place at Coral Gables

Spacious and clean apartment, there is WINN-DIXIE grocery store close by. Safe neighborhood and 15 minutes walk to a very nice area with many restaurant.

There were some problems that are easily fixable. The door handle to the dryer was broken. There was no detergent for the dishwasher or laundry. Then it turned out we weren’t allowed to use the dishwasher even though it’s listed as an amenity for the property. There wasn’t much toilet paper. There wasn’t a cutting board. There was more, but some attention to details like this would make these problems avoidable

Very nice stay in Miami

The apartment was all we needed to spend our vacations visiting Miami and our relatives in Coral Gables. It was very confortable, nice attention from Javier, and very good location to access many places. We will sure repeat if we come back to Miami.

The unit was centrally located for our needs and accessible to gocery store and otger shopping nearby. The buiding snd apartment were very clean and quiet. The owner was always available to answer any questions and made our stay pleasant. Without hesitation we would stay there again.

Loved the unit

The place was really nice and enjoyable. There were a lot of places to go within walking distance which we loved. Parking on the other hand was terrible and the assigned parking place was extremely tight.

The property was very clean and quiet and centrally located to everything. The television did not work in the second bedroom. I advised the host of this the first day of arriving. He sent someone to check into it. Once they got there , I was told that they would send someone from cable company to fix the issue. 3 days elapsed and I called the host again to advise. I was advised that I could watch television from the living room, because their was no connection in the bedroom. I said that would not work. When the handyman returned days later, he switched the television from the living room to bedroom and threw out the television from the bedroom, as it was non working. I was highly irritated by this inconvenience for 3x days. He could have done that action the following day when he came to "fix" the issue. The host had the nerve to insult my intelligence by saying the place was advertised like that. I stated that if I knew that from the ad,I would not have rented the unit. My time was not respected either. I was given the time of 6pm for the handyman to show up and arrived the first time 15 minutes earlier and 42 minutes earlier. I cut my outting short to accommodate his early arrival. Upon departure the instructions stated to open the lockbox with a code. No code was given. This was extremely irritating as I had a early flight to catch and this took up extra time to ensure that the property was left closed. I spoke with security of the building to try and figure it out.

Dear Danielle, I am very sorry you had this bad experience with the TV in one of the rooms. As usual we sent our handyman to fix the problem just when you reported it. He try to fix the signal and we call the cable company and the cable company said that it was not the cable. We put you a new TV. and need it to threw the other to the other one! As you explain 3 days pass for the cable company to give us a respond. I am sorry that this issue was not on our hands to resolve it earlier. Remember that we left a verry clear instruction inside the unit to leave the keys!! No need to contact the security. Ones again sorry for the inconvenience, we never had an issue like this. Have a great day!!!

Miami Comfort

The apartment was comfortable and allowed us to relax during our entire trip. It had all the comforts we needed to feel at home. Also it is centrally located between Miami Beach and MIA, along with close to University of Miami area and Biltmore area.

Good Place to Stay

This condo is conveniently located to downtown Miami. There were restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Area was safe and quiet. There was an initial problem at check in but the owner quickly and satisfactorily handled the situation. I would stay here again.

good location for the things we did in Miami

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to grab a few groceries at the nearby grocery store and prepare a few meals at the apartment. As other reviews mentions the parking is a little tricky, but if you have a smaller car it's not an issue.
