Welcome to our stylish one bedroom apartment! This unit is Pet-Friendly and can accommodate up to 2 guests. This is the lower unit of a duplex. You can enjoy the entire 1st floor unit which has a private entrance and off-street parking. This apartment is centrally located with easy access to all major roads around Bloomington/Normal!

The unit has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a dresser. Attached is a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and amenities needed for cooking meals with plenty of counter space! The living room has a big comfy sofa and lounge chair for you to relax and hang out. Laundry is available in the basement of the building.

Step outside for some fresh air and hang out on the front porch with plenty of space for good company.

**EARLY CHECK-IN REQUEST: Please message us before check-in date. Availability depends on whether we have a same day check out and our cleaners' schedule. Additional fees may apply based on the time requested.
**LATE CHECK-OUT: may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Fees apply: $25 for up to 1 hour, $50 for up to 2 hours.
Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges up to a full night’s stay.

Rental Agreement & ID Verification Disclosure

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This is a standard part of our booking process and ensures that all terms, house rules, and safety policies are clearly understood and agreed upon.

For security purposes and to verify identity, you may also be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID before or upon check-in. This helps us confirm who is staying at the property and maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
