Cottage on the Cove with Paddleboarding and kayaks

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake front Cottage with a beach. Enjoy the Large deck watching the sunset and BBQing or lay in the hammock and relax. access to the lake to enjoy the beach and Paddle Boarding or Kayaking. This cottage has 1 king, 1 full, twin rollaway and sleeper sofa. Ask about the sweet heart package.

The Cottage has beautiful lake views. Wonderful natural sandy beach to enjoy, one of very few on Lake Lewisville! The cottage has a gourmet kitchen that includes a gas stove, pot filler and warming drawer. It also boast marble counter tops with a very large island. Bath off the main bedroom offers a walk-in shower, towel warmer and electric fireplace.

Driving to the cottage there is a mix of old and new. There are million dollor homes mixed in with mobile homes that need to be torn down. Where the cottage is located most of the properties have been remodeled.

The driveway has 2 parking spots could get 3 small cars in. You can also park in the street.

There are 4 Paddle boards and 3 kayaks available for your use.

We loved the cozy, beautifully decorated respite just minutes from the chaos of Highway 35E. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Lakeside Property

We had a short but very pleasant stay. Nice view of the lake with easy access to the water. The home was comfortable and well furnished with all necessary amenities. For the price point this property was a good bargain.

Wonderful property

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed this home. The home was stocked with everything you could need or want. Plenty of indoor games to play as well as many to play with on the lake. The back porch was large and gave plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back.

Very easy place to relax. Right at the water. Provided kayaks were great. Comfy quarters. Lots of practical things provided. Great, responsive host. Nice sunset view. Cozy fire pit. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sleeping quarters. We will stop here again. Great family wknd for Father's Day! Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood with convenient access to lake

The rental was an easy getaway for my family. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood and access to the lake and the paddleboards, kayaks, large water floating raft, etc. The host was pleasant and met us at the property to get our stay started off right. However the property could use a good cleaning and a bit or declutterring and organizing. While neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues or concerns that came up, it has a wide span of houses and some pretty run down while some extremely nice.

Cute property

We rented the property for a girls trip. The property wa very cute with a lot of charm. The patio can accommodate the whole family and it had a great view of the lake. We were able to walk down to the beach area, which was sandy. The property had several kayaks and paddle boards that can accommodate a large family. We didn't try them out but we will next time. The property manager was extremely nice. She requested we call her if we needed anything, but she had everything readily available and there was no need. We recommend the property.

Jalayne, was a wonderful host. She was communicative, attentive, and kind. The house was great felt comfortable and homey. The deck and amenities were as deacribed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The kayaks and paddle boards were very fun. And the cove the house is off of is sevluded and private. Everyoe in our group had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.
