Récemment rénové, studio au bord du lac. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Salle de bain luxueuse avec bain tourbillon pour deux personnes et douche double pour deux personnes. Profitez du coucher de soleil. Invitez vos amis et votre famille pour des s'mores au foyer. Venez faire un mini séjour. Sortez les kayaks ou apportez votre propre bateau. Fuyez l'agitation de la ville. Regardez le vent souffler l'eau. Dérive avec les nuages. Les clients doivent savoir que nous sommes dans le comté de Denton non constitué en société. Lorsque vous tournez sur Doe Branch Road, vous passerez devant des maisons mobiles et des voitures indésirables. Je partage cela avec vous afin que vous ne jugiez pas mes voisins. C'est extrêmement calme et sûr ici. Si vous cherchez à échapper à la jungle de béton, vous avez trouvé votre paix et votre calme ici. Situé sur le lac Lewisville dans le comté de Denton non constitué en société. Nous sommes à 10 min de Legacy West à Frisco. 10 min du centre commercial de Frisco. 10 min du nouveau stade des cowboys. 10 min du centre-ville de Denton. 12 min de Prosper. 5 min d'Aubrey

This place was beautiful! My wife and I loved it the moment we arrived. The hosts were so sweet they even got me a birthday cake since I was staying there for my birthday. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The cabin was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, decorated very well, and had so many amenities, including kayaks and canoes. One of our favorite things about the property was the view from the front porch and the super-cute touches of the lighting at night, especially the chandeliers! We got in a little later than we wanted, but was still able to go to dinner very close to the property. Who knew such a bustling city was right down the road from the lake? You certainly couldn’t hear any of it while at the property. We were only able to stay one night, but I could see us staying there for several nights without running out of things to do. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Had a very quiet 4 night stay in the Studio. We drove 3 hours after a full workday and walked into a clean and wonderful space. We did a quick unpacking and cooked our preplanned dinner. The weather was a bit cool so we enjoyed the view of the lake from the covered deck. The bed and linens are so comfy and soft. The bathroom is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and other appliances to feel right at home. The Studio is very quiet and very comfortable. The lake shore and yard area are full of seating areas and games. Only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will plan to visit again in warmer weather to enjoy more of the property.

We absolutely loved our sweet lake front studio. The studio was perfect in every way. There was so much thought and care that went into every detail, from the beautiful lake themed decorations to all the activities provided right outside the door. The patio is a peaceful spot to relax with a cup of coffee and just enjoy looking out. Everything was as described- we were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to participate in any water activities- but plenty are provided. The studio itself was clean, bright, and well stocked- we lacked for nothing. The owners were very friendly and offered quick answers to a couple questions I had before booking. Best of all, they are pet friendly. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family with pets.

Hosts were absolutely incredible. Did all the little things to make our stay special. Even down to having foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen - things we didn’t know we’d need! The property is beautiful, a true gem. Heard over 20 types of birds. Spent the majority of our time just outside watching nature. The spot on the water is very secluded - we saw only one jet ski and one pedal boat fisherman on the water, in the 4 nights we spent here (we extended by one night while here, because we weren’t ready to leave the peace of the place.)The hosts were both so kind when we got to meet them. The outdoor space is beautiful- we ate our dinner outside at sunset each night (prepare for mosquitos, of course!!). The solar chandeliers made the place like a fairy tale in the evenings. And the bathroom in the studio suite - you’ll want to sit in that tub more than once!We will absolutely be back. Easily one of the most peaceful places we’ve spent time. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for having us.

Married to the love of her life, Ken Garner, their passion is sharing their lake front property with others. They have two properties they share. "The Studio" and The Cottage". Both located on site but separate from their home.

In 2013 Ken and I were living in Frisco Tx. We both wanted to escape all the congestion of Frisco, TX. Too many people!! We were blessed to find this hidden gem located 10 to 20 min from everything . Located on 2 1/2 acres of mature oak trees and 235 lineal ft of sandy beach is a small slice of heaven waiting for your next staycation or get together with friends. It is our biggest delight to share it with you. We have two properties. The cottage and The studio. See you soon.

Our property is a natural habitat with all Gods creatures. If you like painted sunsets. If you like watching the wind caress the water. If you like Kayaking or paddle boarding. Sitting by a bon fire with friends and s'mores. Then our property is for you. Private beach and beach chairs. Hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet or close enough to all the action in Frisco, Denton, Prosper, Aubrey, Pilot Point ect...
