Located just 30 minutes from SeaTac International Airport! STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. Home is closely monitored by 5 exterior security cameras.
The duplex is connected but there are two different entrances as well as two different backyards connected by a fence. The fence can be unlocked for full access to both sides! This home was recently remodeled - every room, design, & finish was professionally staged and designed to make each and every guest feel right at home! You will absolutely love this spacious, stylish home for large group travel!
Additional rules
STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
-Do not mix or take items from one side of the duplex to the other side of the duplex.
Trash pick up is on Wednesdays. Please bring trash bins to the street Weds morning and return them when trash has been picked up. Your host will message you what bins need to brought to the street.
-No shoes in the house at any time. We try to keep the house clean for all guests. Any signs of shoes in the house may result in an additional cleaning fee.
-For make-up removal do not use the white towels. I provide black facial towels found in all the bathrooms.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Please be respectful to our neighbors.
-$100 pet fee per pet
-Do not overload the washers and dryers.
-Only toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors.
-No smoking inside the house. Please keep smoking in the backyard. This will result in an additional fee if any odor is detected.
-Clean BBQ grill if used, supply your own charcoal and cover with tarp when done.
-We love our home so please treat it as if itâs your own and ENJOY YOUR STAY!!
