Escape for the weekend!

Connecting with nature doesn't mean you have to rough it. The Owl's Nest is a cozy campsite located in the heart of the Berkshires. 32 acres to explore and wildlife to watch. There is a hawks nest on the property and if timed right you can watch them hunt the field. Please also view , The Hawk's Nest & The Bear's Den. All the same features but each are unique.

Disclosure: We are a couple miles from Lebanon Speedway and some of the races can be loud. Extremely quiet otherwise.

Nice secluded camping, there's only 5 campsites that are spread out nicely with everything you need for nice week or weekend.the picnic table and grill are under a gazebo in case of any rain, fire wood was provided for the fire pit.host is really nice and accommodating.sounds from the racetrack could bother some,but not us.overall it was a relaxing 3 night stay

Loving Nature

Great place to stay! Amazing experience for our 3 year old grandson’s first camping adventure. Very relaxing 3 days away from home, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Had a great weekend at the owls nest. Holly was a wonderful host and has thought of everything for a easy relaxing getaway. I have 2 young kids and they had amazing time. We well be back again for sure. The camper was extremely clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great weekend

Weekend getaway

We were guests for 3 nights over 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed our time here so much that the night we returned home we booked another weekend here. This was camping at it's finest. The camper was immaculate and Holly's attention to detail was outstanding. We just needed to bring our clothes and food and we were all set to have a very relaxing weekend. Thank you Holly for making our stay so wonderful. Oh and thank you also for the beautiful weather Can we please get a repeat next time!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing experience at Camp Hunter, staying in The Owl's Nest. The camper and site were immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and even some treats! Relaxing by the firepit, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, making popcorn over an outdoor fire ( Yes! Even the supplies for that is provided) The gorgeous outdoor hot tub pavillion with a forest view is heavenly! Holly is the kindest and most thoughtful and welcoming host, who even set up chairs in the field for us to watch the stars at night! We just loved the whole experience in this special and lovely natural place. We would love to come back again! We so appreciate everything Holly did to make a 2 night trip fun and special!

Nice weekend away

Overall nice stay. Lovely Property and set up. The camper was very nice although the water smelled terrible so it was hard to get through a shower. We did have some issues with mice getting in which wasn't fun, but Holly was quick to help with traps. We did enjoy our weekend though and if those issues were taken care of, we would stay again.

Thanks Alicia. Water, there is nothing I can do about it. Unfortunately that is way it is in this area. Having wonderful water at home, I fully understand. The mice....well I thought the ecological poison I started to use the week before would eliminate an occasional one, but it just attracted them. Lesson learned the hard way. Not an issue since it has been removed. Back to the old fashion way. Unfortunately with campers, there will be an occasional one because they love them. It's the only downside of camping. Hope to see you all again!

Perfection!

This space was perfect for our family to disconnect with the hustle and bustle around us and reconnect with each other. This camper, and outdoor grill space was fully loaded and had everything we needed down to condiments, and cooking utensils all of which I brought and did not need!! All you need is food and clothes. The space was beautiful and it was such a cool experience to hear the owls at night!! We will definitely be back in the future!
