This unit is just a few minutes' drive from Uptown Charlotte, walking distance to the Greenway, popular dining area "Optimist Hall", and the popular Plaza Midwood neighborhood along with and all of its great restaurants and shops which are just around the corner! Minutes away from the Spectrum Center, Truist Field, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and other uptown entertainment and corporate businesses. Tons of amazing and close by restaurants, bars, and shopping! Most Charlotte area attractions are within a 10 to 25 minute drive, including Charlotte Motor Speedway, Carowinds Amusement Park, Lake Norman, Charlotte Airport, and many more. This location is amazing!

Beautiful & comfortable furnishings. This 3 bedrooom, 3 1/2 bath townhome has been set up with both luxury and comfort in mind! You will have access to the entire townhome including the garage and beautiful private rooftop deck, other than a small storage area in the garage and a locked housekeeping closet in the kitchen. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated, each equipped with its own bathroom, comfortable beds, layered high end bedding, room darkening shutters and curtains, ceiling fans, and smart tv. The kitchen is lovely and well appointed. Dining table seats 6 and the kitchen island seats 4. The living room is luxurious, extremely comfortable and has enough seating for everyone while you entertain the rest of your guests or enjoy a game on TV! Enjoy a refreshing cocktail or warm winter beverage while enjoying the gorgeous city view, cozied up to the gas firepit with friends on the private rooftop, also equipped with outdoor dining, lounge seating, tv, and our stunning green wall with custom neon sign is a perfect spot to take that group photo to commemorate your stay! Your view from one side is one of the city lights and skyline, while the view from the other side is more forest like with lush green trees of the greenway, where sometimes passing deer (or 2 or more) can be spotted visiting.

This townhome has 3 floors of living space. Bottom floor includes a small garage with a 220 amp outlet for electric car charging (not equipped with any charging equipment), queen bedroom and en suite, 2nd floor includes living room, kitchen, and half bath. 3rd floor includes 1 Cal King bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 Queen bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, and washer and dryer. The 4th floor is equipped with a private rooftop deck.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator access in this unit that contains 3 staircases in order to access each level, therefore if you have mobility issues or aren’t able to carry a suitcase up a couple floors, this sadly may not be the right place for your stay. We care for the safety of every person that enters this home, therefore out of an abundance of caution and because of the many stairs in this townhome, children under the age of 12 are not permitted. This is a strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind unit, inside or outside. And sorry, no pets allowed. Guests are not permitted to use and water hose or water hose connection without prior written request and permission to do so.

We are hospitality people, so although we truly aim for perfection for every single guest stay, please remember that not one home will be perfect, this one included, especially because each guest is different with separate tastes, and a different idea of perfection. Please know that as your hosts, it is always our goal to provide a stay that exceeds your expectations, and we continually strive to do so! We value constructive criticism and strive to always continually improve. If you are an overly critical or cranky person that enjoys looking for and finding small flaws, I’m sure you will find the flaws here as well, but we are available throughout your stay to do everything that we possibly can to remedy any issues that may arise. We have experienced the greatest joy and pleasure hosting guests at our vacation rentals, many that come back time and time again, and have received wonderful reviews regarding the quality of our units and the level of hospitality that we provide.
