Nestled right on the beachfront, this vacation home offers unobstructed views of the ocean, inviting you to indulge in a coastal experience. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths sprawling over a spacious open floor plan, this beach house comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups seeking a memorable getaway.

The thoughtfully designed interiors feature a fusion of modern elegance and coastal charm, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. The impressive vaulted ceilings and expansive windows provide sweeping beach views from every corner of the open living and dining areas, offering a fully immersive beachside ambiance.The kitchen offers ample space and is designed for the culinary enthusiast. The kitchen bar accommodates 4, while the dining area seats 8, allowing you to enjoy stunning ocean views as you dine.

Downstairs you will find two queen bedrooms offering cozy and stylish accommodations, while an office outside one of the bedrooms features a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. A bedroom with a bunk bed and a TV ensures everyone has a comfortable spot to unwind, and a room that features two bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests.

Upstairs, you'll discover a retro arcade game room featuring a skeeball machine that will keep everyone entertained. Complete with a wet bar, a cooler, and pool table, this space is perfect for friendly competitions. The panoramic views of the ocean from the game room add an extra touch of magic to your stay. The views in the living room were beautiful, so many windows! The house was very nice, things to keep in mind if you stay here the ice maker does not work and there is no counter space in the bathrooms downstairs. The game room was really nice! We really enjoyed it!

The house is nice and spacious. The game room was a nice perk during down times. Beach access was simple and amazing. We would definitely stay there again. We did have a couple maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly by the owner and it did not affect our stay at all.

We had such a memorable 80th birthday celebration weekend! The beach was amazing – of course – as many walks as we could fit in, and views of it in both directions from windows and decks. The game room got plenty of use and was a central family hang-out. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and how much space the house offered. The Marina restaurant and market across on the bay side was also handy. The Host maintained contact throughout our stay and was immediately responsive. This house made for a memorable trip.

We loved it with our whole family and multiple dogs. We love direct access to the beach, plenty of rooms and lots of seating for everyone. Plus a hot tub!

This property has just about everything you need it was well stocked beach towels, kitchen has all the things you could possibly need. Great location. We had a great time.

We couldn't have enjoyed the property more! We loved the location right on the beach! The house was very spacious and our party of 9 had plenty of room. We spent alot of time in the hot tub, game room. and on the decks. House was very clean, beds were comfortable and communication was great! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. We loved all the windows with the beach views. It was a very relaxing experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our family of 11. The game room was awesome. Everyone spent a lot of time in there. The hot tub was wonderful and enjoyed by all. The house is located right on the beach for beautiful views and enjoying the ocean breeze. We had to contact Lori a couple of times and she was always quick to respond and answer our questions. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Whoever designed and built this house deserves applause. It was everything advertised and more. The rooms were exactly as pictured, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—plus an electric glass kettle that I now want! There’s a toaster oven and a coffee maker for both ground coffee and K-cups.The home has tons of space and large closets throughout. The master suite is incredible, featuring a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a shower, a tub, and plenty of shelving for toiletries. It opens onto a wraparound deck. Attached to the suite is an amazing arcade room with a pool table, skee-ball, arcade machines, a wet bar, and a half bath, plus access to an ocean-facing deck.The living room comfortably fit all nine of us. The dining table seats eight, with four additional bar stools. There are two more full bathrooms for the remaining bedrooms, and one bedroom includes an extra living space with deck access.Thoughtful touches included a laundry room with a large sink, baby and toddler items stocked in a hall closet, and beach towels by the door. The lower deck features a hot tub, fire pit, built-in seating, and an outdoor shower. This home truly exceeded our expectations.

Spring break

Despite the weather, we had a wonderful time at the beach! Woke up every morning to beach walks. Kids took advantage of playing in the sand, fishing in the gulf and using the hot tub daily! They enjoyed the game room as well. Plenty of room for 2 families with more bathrooms than advertised (3.5)! Seven seas was a great close small grocery store as well and we explored downtown Galveston. We all enjoyed our relaxing time at the beach!

We will certainly stay here again!

This was a fabulous home for our Family Vacation! We loved the openness of the living area with lovely views of the beach and water from the large windows. The kitchen was spacious with an 8’ island allowing lots of room for gathering around, eating, or just hanging out. The younger set used the game room and downstairs hot tub daily to cool off after several hours playing in the sand, swimming, and flying kites. There was so much for everyone to do! I especially loved the early morning sunrises!We had an issue with one of the bathrooms dripping water from the ceiling vent. I texted the Property Manager and he sent someone right away to check it out. I especially appreciated the handy check list he sent on the day we were checking out.

Great Place to Stay

This property is beautiful and perfect for a large family! The direct beach access was a lifesaver with small children. There is a public beach access directly beside the home, so there are cars coming in and out and people setting up directly beside it, but we did not encounter any problems in late March with getting a spot on the beach. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable and the decor was so aesthetic. The outdoor shower and sink were also great amenities. The property managers were quick to respond to any needs and provided all information prior to check-in and check-out. Our family spent a lot of time in the game room. All around a wonderful place!

One of the Best We’ve Rented; Would Rent Again

Excellent property, and as advertised. Deck space is fantastic. Some of the things that are not listed but included: well stocked kitchen, for example: nice appliances, tea kettle, immersion blender, ninja blender, and other items. Beach towels provided. Spa works very well and is maintained. Outdoor shower, fire pit in excellent condition. Hoses and an outdoor sink included. 3 cars fit easily under the house. There was a baby gate we used to control access on the ground floor. We didn’t use it but there’s a blow up mattress. It just seems like a lot of thought was put into the comfort level at the property. We stayed over Spring Break so naturally there’s a lot of folks nearby with the location adjacent to beach access, but for the most part it clears out as the sun goes down. From what we saw walking the beach a few miles in each direction it’s in the top 10% in size of houses.We felt it was an excellent value and can see ourselves being repeat customers.

End of Jan Family Trip

Our stay was wonderful. Overall clean and has all the amenities you’ll need. We had 8 adults and 4 kids ranging fr 3 yo to 9 month old, and 3 dogs. They have a highchair and a pack and play as described which were useful! Also they have other baby items like changing pad, booster seat, and baby as well as dog gates. Definitely family friendly! The kids were too young to fully enjoy the arcade/game room but there was plenty of room for the kids to run around circles around the pool table. Didn’t play the arcade video games but most of them were free but again don’t know if you still need quarters for some as we didn’t play them. The panoramic view of the beach front ocean was gorgeous which made it less painful when you have to get up bc the kids were awake by 530a, at least you get to see the sunrise to ease the pain. They have a Keurig coffee combo pot that takes individual pods vs making a pot of coffee; we brought our stash so be sure to pack some too. Plenty of dinnerware and other cooking devices such as combo device of toaster/air fryer/oven and blender. The rooms with bed bunks were definitely a nice surprise as they were at least a full/queen size in all bunks and not twin; comfy too! All rooms have smart tvs! No issues with WiFi. Decor is beautiful. We grilled both nights using their charcoal grill. They had some lighters and there was a left over bag of charcoal but be sure to bring additional charcoal and lighter too! Also enjoyed the hot tub which fits comfortably

I rented this space to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolute delight. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my friends and family without feeling cramped. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the open space, and the direct access to the beach was a huge bonus. I would definitely rent this place again if I ever need a similar venue.
