Floors was dirty , plus I had a 2 day stay she kicked us out the next day at 6:30 pm saying we turned the WiFi off for 3 hours a 4 in the morning which was a lie she was very rude

We take all guest feedback seriously. During this stay, no cleanliness concerns were reported to us at any point, which would have been addressed immediately had we been notified. Unfortunately, this reservation involved multiple documented violations of our house rules, including excessive noise, loud music, large gatherings, and tampering with property equipment. We also received multiple complaints from neighbors regarding disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, our monitoring systems indicated that the WiFi and security-related equipment had been disconnected, which is strictly prohibited. The guest was provided with several warnings and opportunities to correct the behavior before any action was taken. When the violations continued, the reservation was terminated in accordance with our house rules and platform policies. We later discovered that the account information used for the booking did not accurately identify the individual staying at the property. Our house rules clearly prohibit parties and activities that disturb neighbors, and we remain committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our guests and the surrounding community.

The place was as depicted, just a bit unkempt. We also got unlucky and visited during a big wind storm that knocked out our power but. Not the host’s fault there!

Family reunion

The house is extremely nice on the inside, the neighborhood at a glance made us skeptical but there's familys on the block and it has a community feel. We made great memories here and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. We'll definitely use again for our next trip to this area.

Perfect for our stay

House was as described. Perfect for our stay, as we just were in town for galaxycon. One guest did say the towels in her bedroom were damp and a little musty, and the detail cleaning wasnt there but my houses details are super clean either so it didnt bother us none.

Great place to stay

My family and I came in for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is older and rests in a more industrial area but it’s close to downtown and easy to Uber to lots of places including the Ohio State University campus, downtown and the airport. The neighbors were friendly and parking on the street wasn’t a problem. Best of all the host was very communicative and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet, blinds, and some cabinet areas.

I wouldn't have booked this property due to it's original cleanliness. The location was ok. The off street parking went well. The host was nice. Someone has to ensure the property is properly cleaned prior to guests arrival. (This is unacceptable)

Home Away From Home

In town to attend event and the home was in great distance from the venue. Check in was super easy, however if you don’t make it before dark, then finding a parking spot in front of the residence is a nightmare. Otherwise, my family and myself had a great stay.
