Very Nice Beach Front Condo

Had a very nice stay. The property had an amazing ocean view, and we could walk right down to the beach. The back porch was great, it provided enough shade to eat breakfast on in the morning. And the beach chairs were great, about 20 feet from the water and nothing blocking the view.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this unit. We would definitely recommend it. The location cannot be beat. Seeing the ocean out your back door every morning was incredible. Loved it! The owners were great and very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great beach vacation

Our stay was wonderful. My family of four (husband and two teenage sons) enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location and the beach was so beautiful. We will definitely come back soon!!

Great stay!

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we could need, and the easy walk to the beach with our own chairs was fantastic! It was very busy in the area with spring break but the beach felt quiet and so was the condo. We would definitely return!

Great Stay!

Enjoyed a great trip to 30A and this property was exactly as described. It fit our family of four perfectly and the pool and beach access were great with young kids. The owners went above and beyond with having a well equipped unit with bathroom essentials, coffee, etc. and those touches were so appreciated. Overall very clean and anything we could need was included.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week long stay at Blue Tide. It was exactly as we expected and more. You can’t beat the location and the included beach chairs were so nice! The unit was very clean and updated. A few basic things to get you started was nice as well. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful! Location was great - it was so nice to walk down the stairs to our chairs & still being close to our room was nice to easily pop in and out, especially with kids. Also wonderful - not being packed on the beach! There was one row of chairs for the condo (we anticipated having multiple rows/lots of people) so it was great being able to enjoy the beach with limited people during peak times.) The condo was nicely stocked as well with items you may need during your stay!

Great ground level unit

Easy in , easy out. Walk out the back sliding door directly to the new boardwalk, then down some stairs to the beach. Also, this unit is directly across from the pool. Owners were very responsive and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Two bunk beds in the hallway…the only thing I would mention is maybe adding a rail for the upper bunk for some peace of mind. Outstanding stay and short bike ride to Alys Beach and other local spots. We will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful Gem

This condo exceeded our expectations. We have vacationed closer to Destin in the past. On this trip, we wanted the quaintness of the 30A beaches and small towns. The condo is centrally located. It is on the first floor with a patio that looks out to the ocean. There are steps that lead down to the beach. The condo offers umbrella and chair service on the beach. It was ready when we got there. The condo was recently updated. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and there is a Publix grocery store nearby. Parking is right in front and a keypad to enter the condo. It felt very safe and secure. There is a small pool to cool down. The owners were friendly and easy to talk to during our stay. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants and shopping in the area. We would recommend this condo to a friend and will probably return again in the future.
