Superbe ** SUR LA PLAGE ** Condo situé sur 30A SEACREST BEACH. 30 marches pour aller au paradis

Un appartement au rez-de-chaussée composé d'une chambre directement sur la plage. Ce condo est niché entre Seaside et Rosemary, situé à environ 15 miles de Panama City Beach. C'est une plage familiale calme et très privée. Nous avons tout le confort de la maison et vous invitons à rester chez nous et à profiter de ce magnifique condo en bord de mer. Notre porche arrière marche tout droit sur la plage. Il y a un beau lit King size dans une chambre avec des lits superposés pour adultes ou enfants. Nous avons un canapé-lit qui dort 2 aussi. C'est un quartier très haut de gamme et axé sur la famille. C'est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade pour les couples. Planifiez le week-end de votre fille. Si vous aimez le vélo, amenez vos vélos ou louez-les localement. Il existe de nombreuses pistes cyclables et un environnement vélo convivial avec des racks de vélo disponibles sur la propriété. Lovely property! The access to the beach was so convenient. The private beach was not crowded at all. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really look forward to brining the family back to the property in a couple of months. Great host!

We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

It's cozy, right on the beach, alwyas clean, has everything we need, and communication is great! You can't beat the view. We love sitting on the porch and the benches at the top of the stairs in the morning/evenings.

This place was great. It was small but perfect for our little family getaway! Loved how you could walk out on porch and you were at the beach. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Amazing beachfront condo

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The location is amazing, the view from the back porch is breath-taking, and every bed (including the sofa bed) was super comfortable. We will be back!

Thank you for your review. It's a great location and gorgeous beach. We will be updating throughout the Spring. Some of the other units with posh upgrades comes with a price tag. We are substantially cheaper than those units. We have all the comforts of home and our condo unit is clean, enjoyable, and a cozy place directly on the beach. The improvements that we made last year were brand new washer and dryer, top of the line memory foam King sized bed and a relaxing recliner chair. We will be updating our patio furniture this week which is a great place to watch for dolphins on the back porch. Thank you again. We strive to be excellent at customer satisfaction.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Our property is our own vacation home. It is equipped as such and offers a family atmosphere separated from the hustle and bustle of some other popular beach destinations.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are nestled in between Rosemary and Seaside. We are in Seagrove Beach! We are just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park at Panama City Beach. It is really nice on 30A with quiet family friendly beaches. Our beach is very secluded from noisy crowds. You can walk right off our back porch to the beach and not worry about packing coolers and all the things you need for a day at the beach. If you forget something, just walk right up the steps to the condo. There is a nice veranda to relax and read a book and watch the children play in the sand. Cook dinners on our outside grill while watching the ocean and sunset. It is our families paradise. We are just minutes from Seaside and Rosemary. There are sidewalks that run the length of 30A for bikers or walkers. This is definitely a biking community with many places to rent bikes. Seagrove has been rated the most secluded beaches on 30A.
