You will be very comfortable in this updated home with all the amenities needed for having a great stay. You will also enjoy a fantastic outdoor living space which includes hot tub, outdoor bar area, fire table and grill. 30 minutes to Letchworth State Park. 30 minutes to Ellicottville. Walking distance to Arcade to Attica Railroad tours.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

Great Experience!

The house was well prepared. We felt immediately welcomed and at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with all the basics for our week long stay. The outdoor space was very inviting and comfortable. We were able to use it for a couple of family gatherings. Matt, the property manager, was friendly, responsive and helpful.

Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. The property is close to the quaint downtown and minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive and was a delight to correspond with. This property is truly a home away from home, so much so I caught my wife looking at houses for sale in the area... LOL

This was our 1st time renting a vacation home and it was fantastic!! The house was wonderful and the hot tub was awesome!! All the comforts of home in a quiet neighborhood made for a very relaxing vacation. Was so nice we are hoping we get the chance to come back and rent again for our next vacation. Thank you so very much for allowing us to have a wonderful place to stay!! The host, the home, the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood all get 10 stars in my opinion!!
