The beautifully decorated and fully equipped stay features 3 bedrooms as well as an attached garage with a private driveway for extra cars. 8 minutes from the Zoo and 10 minutes from the CHI, TD Ameritrade park, and the old market, families, business travelers, or anyone looking to spend time exploring the best parts of Omaha are welcome.



The Space:

About this home.

- 1st Floor: You can enter the home the either the attached garage or by way of the keyless entry on the front door. You will immediately be greeted by the open concept dining room with an high top table and living room connected. This is a great place for the family to hang out and enjoy each others company. Walking into the living room you will be greeted by a mounted 85" Smart TV, beautiful brick fire place, and a reclining leather sectional with built-in cupholders and storage space. Walking into the first kitchen of two, you will notice another dining table for four more guests to enjoy. This kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils you will need and all stainless steel modern appliances. On the other side of the living room you will find the first full bathroom followed by the master bedroom containing a King sized bed as well as a full bathroom. Completing the upstairs rooms is the bedroom opposite the master with a queen sized bed.

- Downstairs: After walking down the stairs you will find more space and seating with with 3 separate couches including 5 electric theatre chairs. The tan couch pictured in the first room converts into a queen sleeping sofa. These recliners all face a mounted 75" Smart tv, perfect for relaxing. For anyone looking for dedicated workspace there is also a roll-top desk with a chair included in this space. The last bedroom is accessible from two separate entrances. It comes equipped with a Full bed for sleeping and a closet for storage. A full bathroom is located on your right side as you walk downstairs separate from the bedroom but close enough for easy access! Placed on the other side of the downstairs living room is the SECOND full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This is also where the SECOND set of washers and dryers is located for all laundry needs. Step out the back door into a spacious backyard retreat, featuring a 6-seat outdoor dining table beneath a charming pergola, brightly lit with string lights for enjoyable evenings and memorable gatherings.



Guest Access:

Parking is provided by the attached garage and the driveway can also be used for additional cars.



Other Things to Note:

There is free high speed internet provided along with two smart t.v's throughout the house.



We provide all of the linens for all of the beds including the pull out sofa.



All dining equipment and utensils including pots and pans are provided.
