If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It is a fabulous place with great amenities and great location. It felt very homey and very comfortable for two couples. The beds were very comfortable as well

Kurt was very responsive to any and all questions we had. Was a very nice 2 room condo, 15 minute walk to downtown. We already booked to come back. Overall a great experience.

Perfect for two couples

Stayed with friends and it was so easy to get an Uber and get back and forth downtown. Place was comfortable and quiet.

The check in was easy! All instructions were clearly laid out prior to arriving. The condo was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Very close to all the action but you would never know it. We were fortunate to be able to check in a little early and check out a bit late. 10/10 stay and would definitely recommend.

The place was great!! Check in and check out was a breeze!! We didn’t have a car but the parking garage looked like easy access. Having pool access was fabulous! The condo was perfect for two couples! Clean and wonderful!! Would highly recommend!!

Great location, easy walk to Broadway. Easy check-in, parking etc. Place was nicely decorated. Walk to broadway was about 15 minutes, mostly downhill, walk back from Broadway was mostly up hill. Mr J’s was close by for a quick bit to eat, breakfast/lunch. Pool was also very nice.

Awesome location, great place

Perfect set up for two couples with a location perfect for walking or Ubering to all the sites. Nice to have covered parking as well and a balcony with a great view!

Excellent location

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was the perfect location off of Broadway but still walkable to everything. It had a well stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood and safe building, would stay here again for sure!!

Family vacation

The condo and property were exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was just far enough away from the busy tourist attractions that we enjoyed the peace and quiet while at the condo. A quick 15 minute walk took us right to restaurants and clubs on Broadway as well as the museums. We had a blast and would love to stay here again!

Park and walk... good exercise to get to Broadway and super clean and orderly... would definitely stay there again. Had no issues with other tenants in the building.

Nashville Girl’s Trip

The property was very well laid out, in a safe neighborhood and comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown and had a nice view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again band the host was very communicative and helpful.
