Very nice accommodations! Downtown is about a mile walk. The only suggestion I would make is to include in the description of the property that the unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator - suit cases have to be carried up two flights of stairs.

My friends and I had a very good experience at this condo. It was perfect for our situation, Kim was an excellent host and the amenities were much more than expected. The location was also good. We were just staying one night because we were seeing an exhibit at the Frist Art Museum. If we have occasion to go back to Nashville, we would enjoy staying here again. It was nice having free parking too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed in terms of location, a lovely view of the river, and plenty of room for three of us. We did not use the kitchen as far as cooking but it had everything you would need. We did not use the pool but I gave it five stars because I didn't want to ruin the review. Kim was really nice to work with. We were able to walk to restaurants in the area or go to Broadway, and only had to Uber for the further away adventures and getting back and forth to the airport. Just as an FYI and NOT a complaint, if you're not on the bottom floor, there is no elevator to the second and third floors. Really a great place to stay and see Nashville.

Kim's place was a great spot to hang during our 2 night stay. It is close to downtown and Broadway (scooter/bike/walk/uber/etc) and has some good restaurants and activities within walking distance (check out the Nashville Sounds Baseball Stadium a few blocks away). The 2 bathrooms were a must with 2 girls under 25, and they were both stocked with more hair and primping accessories then the girls have at home. The balcony was a plus and we enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee and cocktails, watching barges go down the river and naming the gophers down below in the brush. Parking was plentiful and covered. Kim was an awesome host, friendly and prompt. She contacted us before arrival about access, made sure we arrived and let us know she was available for concerns. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay with Kim again in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay. It was a short walk to Broadway, however it was 90 degrees every day so we elected to Uber while there. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean. We had everything we needed. Kim was very responsive if we had a question about something. There is a train nearby but we only heard whistles one morning. It is worth mentioning that the twin bed listed is a fold out cot type of bed, but my son was comfortable on it. This unit is on the 2nd floor and occasionally we would hear the tenants above us but thankfully was not excessive. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked.The location is an easy walk to Broadway and the downtown attractions. It seemed safe, although we only walked in daylight. If I came back to Nashville I would stay here.
