Living room: 2 person sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, 50" smart tv with media center, coffee table, and side tables.
Dining room: Dining table with 2 benches, can seat 4-6 people.
Kitchen: New pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Washer and dryer in the same room.
Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels are provided.
Guest access
Guests will have full use of community facilities, including the pool, fishing pier, hot tub, yacht club bar, tennis courts, basketball courts, boat slips (available for rent), and beach volleyball courts
