Une touche de la Nouvelle-Orléans au golfe du Mexique! Le Royal Orleans est un charmant complexe de condo confortable en face de la plage de sable blanc du Golfe. Le Royal Orleans dispose d'une piscine chauffée toute l'année, WiFi gratuit, sur place laverie et est à quelques pas de l'accÚs à la plage publique!

Unité 211 est décoré dans un thÚme amusant et Beachy avec tous les conforts de la maison! AprÚs une journée à la plage, prendre un verre, assis sur le pont et profiter de vues sur le coucher de soleil sur le Golfe!

Ce studio est parfait pour un couple ou une jeune famille. L'unité est assez spacieux pour un séjour à long terme. Le plan du sol permet d'ajouter un lit d'appoint, 2 télévisions à écran plat, une table à manger et une chaise confortable, toute la cuisine et une jolie salle de bain avec sÚche-cheveux et serviettes moelleuses.

Everything related to the location if my stay was great! Very clean, quiet, accessible. I had everything i needed at the condo. The crossover to the Beach was far- large equipment is parked on the 2 closer and theyre filled with dangerous construction materials and mud. Some hurricane debri is also there. Property to cross is posted Private Property and/or Ni Trespassing and they mean it. Bring a cart or wagon to head to the beach- its open and gorgeous! No tents or canopies allowed on Redington Beach area.

Great location, thoughtful amenities and relaxing pool

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location, just a short and easy walk to the beach, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Overall it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would happily return.

Slice of Awesome!

Checkin was exactly as expected. The condo was clean and practical. The bed is super extra firm, but comfy. Construction on the lower level was not noticeable at all. Burkhard was extremely responsive to any of our questions. The apartment has what ya need for the beach, comfy chairs, umbrella, beach towels. The pool is adorable - the water was warm :)Note, you do need to walk through one of the condo beach buildings across the road to access the beach. Either that or hike it to the closest public beach access that is open. There were lots of signs saying private property, but nobody seemed to care given the amount of damage in the area and work that still needs completed.

My husband and I stayed recently for a quick get away. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, and there was beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers, too. The beach is just a short walk from the unit. Pool was perfect to cool down after a day at the beach! We used the grill one night and sat in the courtyard to eat our dinner. It was perfect! Sadly, this whole area suffered a great deal of loss during the hurricanes last fall. The entire first floor of this complex was lost and is being redone. So be patient with that. The courtyard may not look as the picture in the listing does. But it’s understandable given what they’ve been through. All in all, a great stay and we’ll definitely come back!

We had a really nice day. Our condo was very nice clean and nicely decorated. Only thing is that with the two hurricanes all the condos on the lower level we’re being worked on and that was just a lot of construction, which was totally out of the control of anybody we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice And the location was really good. Another downside is that the beach access across the street is totally waterlogged and still wrecked from the hurricane so you do have to try to find your way to the beach like I said totally out of the control of the condo owner or anybody else really mother nature!

Quick trip to beach

The condo was perfect for just me. I was in to visit relatives so wasn’t going to be in the condo a lot BUT I wanted access to the beach to walk in the morning and this was perfect. Very safe for a female traveling alone. The area is still under going renovations due to hurricane but condo was just great for a single person.

Perfect little getaway

This was meant to be an engagement vacation, but after unforeseen circumstances, it was a solo trip. This was the perfect spot to clear my head. The unit was impeccably clean and exceeded my expectations. The owner was very responsive and friendly when I reached out with a few questions. It is perfectly located, too, in close proximity to endless beaches, parks, and restaurants. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This place is a steal for a couple. Really comfortable bed, ice cold AC, super close to all the beaches. It was perfect, we would stay again easily.

Great weekend Staycation

We had an awesome weekend! The pool and common areas were open for business! Adorable unit and Sooooo clean! Short walk to the beach. Had a blast celebrating birthday with friends. I can imagine it is amazing once reparations are completed from our storms. Would definitely stay with you again!

Great owner!

Manager was great and very accommodating. At the time the first level of the condominium complex was being gutted from the hurricane so there were not many people. Overall, great place.

Fabulous stay & perfect location!

We can't say enough about our stay at your condo. The location was fabulous, a sixty second walk to the beach! We also enjoyed lying out by the refreshing pool! We loved the collapsing beach chairs too! This place had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

ME Adventures

Stay was was good. Location is nice if you want to have the best of both worlds, for me that is Beach and City nights. There is construction going on due to the 2024 earthquake but workers and Tennants were very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend this cute beach unit perfect for 2 adults.

Redington Beach is the most beautiful, relaxing area along Florida's Gulf Coast. The Royal Orleans is known for quality upkeep, management as well as a quieter place to stay. And the pool is always a warm mid 80 degrees!

While staying at their properties, the owners enjoy the easy access to the beach, delicious seafood restaurants and the close distance to Tampa International Airport. They often skip the rental car and take a shuttle to the condo and use the Trolley service that runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach! Even John's Pass and Treasure Island are close by.
