Beachy Keen is a newly built, lovely, spacious, light, and airy beachfront villa rental directly on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach located in the Spanish Wells / Russell Island community just off the northwest tip of North Eleuthera in the beautiful Bahama Islands.


The villa rental offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, an open loft sleeping area, and amazing views throughout. The large, airy, open, great room offers an outstanding beach view from an 8' expanse of sliding glass doors, which also leads unto the large, covered deck overlooking the beach. All renters agree, this villa offers the best beach and ocean views in the area!


This villa rental offers all amenities including a fully equipped open kitchen, spacious living area, A/C, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. It also offers a very spacious beach front balcony, a great spot to relax with a cool drink after a hard day of fishing, snorkeling, or beachcombing.


Renters here have delighted in catching many bonefish directly in front of Beachy Keen. There is also terrific snorkeling, fishing, and diving available in Spanish Wells.


Beachy Keen is located in a secluded area, but just a few minutes from the conveniences of Spanish Wells including well-stocked grocery stores, restaurants, home bakeries, marinas, well-stocked liquor stores, waterfront bars, and more. Spanish Wells is the fishing capital of the Bahamas, so there are all kinds of fresh seafood available.


Beachy Keen includes free use of , a paddle board, and two tandem ocean kayaks. These provide an easy and relaxing way to explore that area. (Otherwise, paddle boards, kayaks are expensive to rent separately IF you can find them available for rent.) We have golf cart rentals available starting at $225/wk.( = $32/day.) The golf carts are used as transportation for shopping, dining, and exploring Spanish Wells / Russell Island.
