Luxury Dunmore Town Home w/Heated Pool

Historic Harbour Island home, the house was rebuilt in traditional Harbour Island style from the ground up in 2018.

The house consists of three separate buildings around a garden and swimming pool. Everyone has their own privacy and space. Five Bedrooms and five Bathrooms, Dining Room, Sitting Room, Wet Bar, Study, Outdoor Day beds, Movie Room, Luxury Kitchen.

We have new Starlink Wifi! Plus Sonos Surround Sound, Whole House Generator, A/C throughout, gas grill. The pool can be heated if desired for a fee of $100 per day.

Our property managers and staff will take exceptional care of you include concierge services and and daily housekeeping except for Sundays and holidays. We ask for a 5% gratuity which will go entirely to the staff.

The house is well equipped, clean, the staff is professional and attentive. Grounds are comfortable. The island boasts some great restaurants and the famous pink sands beach didn't disappoint.

Perfect!

Conch Shell is a beautiful house in a great location on the island. You are right in the middle of everything, yet once inside, it feels like an oasis from the world! Perfect for families with grown children.

Our family loved our stay at Conch Shell. Beautifully decorated, spaces great for groups and very convenient location to restaurants and beaches. Pool was "icing on the cake" after a long day at the beach. Carmen and Tammy took excellent care of us. They set up transportation and activities. Justine, our housekeeper made our stay very comfortable. It was a luxury having her take care of us. Looking forward to our next time there!

Fantastic House

We loved our time spent at this property. Everyone was extremely helpful and the house was immaculate. It is a very relaxing/ welcoming home with a great set up. We traveled with 3 small children and 7 adults, the home had plenty of space. The location is great. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the island.

Holiday Week with Family

We would not return to Harbor Island; there are many places to go that are much better. The airport is a complete nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!! For this reason alone we would never return, however the prices on the island are so overinflated that I suspect most people come once and do not return.

Conch Shell perfection

Conch Shell house is in the perfect location- close to the ferry dock, and incredible restaurants, and grocery with the beach a short golf cart ride away. Every room was so comfortable and fresh and classic. We loved the layout for the house. Bathrooms were clean and everything you need. Property manager always had the quickest response time if we ever had questions. Housekeeper was so thorough cleaning every day and washing towels so we would have fresh ones every day. We absolutely loved Conch Shell and hope to return soon!

The property managers were great and gave us plenty of useful information, even recommending a great chef to come in and prepare dinner one night. The housekeeper is very sweet and did an amazing job. Property is a close walk to some great restaurants and an easy golf cart ride away to the beach. Will definitely be coming back to this property.
