The apartment was in a great location, very charming, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The terrace was an added bonus - quiet and with a great view. Highly recommend!

This was a great apartment! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see. Very walkable to everything. Communicating with Francesca was easy, Flora met us at the door and showed us around. The apartment was as advertised. We stayed here with our two tween daughters and they loved it. The terrace is a perfect spot for morning coffee or tea, with a view of St Peter’s Basilica Dome. Very photogenic for golden hour before dawn and after sunset. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Francesca and Flora!

After great communication with the property host we were welcomed by Flora who showed us around the apartment and was there to answer any questions we had. The property was in an excellent location with plenty of great dining options nearby. We also found it was only a 20-25 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain, and 40 mins to the Vatican. An easy distance to cover when you are also taking the other sights like the Pantheon along the way.The apartment is very secure and at the top of the building, we counted 60 steps in total. Then a further flight of stairs within the property to get to the master bedroom. If you have mobility issues, this is probably not the property for you.The view from the roof terrace was wonderful, including a view of St Peters Basilica. A perfect spot for a late afternoon drink or morning coffee. Special mention for the shower pressure and hot water as it was fantastic! as a family of four it was a welcome change to some of the other properties we had stayed at. The kitchen was well equipped, including essentials like coffee and basic cooking supplies. And if needed there was a few grocery stores nearby. We would highly recommend this property.

The apartment and location were great. The rooftop terrace overlooking St. Peter's is much better than the pictures would suggest. We spent mornings and evenings sitting and enjoying the view.
