Once Upon a Dream-Wonderful 6 bed/4 bath Windsor Hills villa, 1.5 miles from WDW

Hello Jessica. Thank you so much for the great rating, review. I’m so pleased that Once Upon A Dream worked so well for your family, from the response time for the minor issues raised, to the spacious and comfortable floor plan. Not many people mention the amount of space here, over 2800 square feet of it, but it is quite important and we are pleased that you mentioned it. This home has provided many happy memories for so many families over the last 20 years or so and quite a few guests come back year after year, and we hope you are one of them. We sincerely thank you for choosing Evergreen for your family vacation Jessica, and you will always be welcome here.

Thanks for this Nicole, and for your continued loyalty. I’m really pleased that Once Upon A Dream Villa worked so well for your two weeks and both of your teams. Clean, spacious, and stocked with appliances and extras is exactly the kind of feedback we want after all the changes we have made in the last few months with our homes, and I’m very happy it was a keeper for you. We wish you and your teams all the best Nicole, and look forward to hosting you again the next time you are in town!

Daniel, thank you for such a wonderful, and detailed review. I’m so pleased that Once Upon a Dream Villa worked so well for your family, from the super clean, updated spaces and comfortable beds to the pool, hot tub, theme rooms and game room. It is good to hear that check-in and communication were smooth, we do pride ourselves on that, and that the quiet community and easy access to Disney suited your stay. We truly appreciate your comments Daniel, and we will pass them on to all our staff. We thank you for choosing Evergreen for your family vacation, and you and your family are welcome back any time.

Thank you Jordan, for your kind words, and the great review. We are so pleased that Once Upon a Dream Villa helped you enjoy your vacation and that being close to the parks, the amenities, and the home’s condition all contributed towards it. I’m also pleased you found me welcoming and organized, I don't get that every week and it is always nice when I get a guest acknowledging my efforts because no matter how it comes across, we all do try to get everything just right for our guests and it is satisfying when it all comes together. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts Jordan, and hope to see you and your family again in the future.

Thank you Eric, for your kind email when you left saying that you had enjoyed your stay in Once Upon A Dream Villa, and leaving valuable feedback for us, notably the items you have mentioned here. I am pleased to report that they were all addressed, and we appreciate you letting us know as none of these items had ever been mentioned before and we do rely on guests feedback, especially with a home of this size. I am pleased that you found the home comfortable Eric, and Disney being so close is one of the biggest selling points for this resort, so thanks for pointing that out. I am sorry for the issues that you raised though, that is not what we want, but I trust that you and your family had a great vacation, and we very much hope to see you here again in the future.

Thank you for the rating Lindsay. I appreciate you taking the time to leave it, but would be interested to know what else could have made your stay better as the only issue reported during your stay was about the pool heat, which was checked and cleared multiple times. In fact, our pool tech reported that one of your party had been tampering with the equipment, and had actually broken one of the valves, which we did replace at our own expense while you were still here. Other than that, as nothing else was reported during your stay, we just assumed that you must have enjoyed your vacation and been happy with everything. Your rating suggests otherwise, so if you do find the time we would be interested to know what we could have done better and hope that you have a better experience should you ever come here again.

Thank you Debbie, for your kind words, and the great review. We are very pleased that Once Upon a Dream Villa played a part in helping you enjoy your vacation and that being close to the parks, and the amenities, all contributed towards it. I’m also pleased that you enjoyed our communications. We try to be thorough, and pro-active in our emails, and it is satisfying when it all comes together. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts Debbie, and very much hope to see you and your family again in the future.

Thank you Susan for the kind words, and 5 star rating. I’m glad the location worked well for you and that maintenance was able to help promptly, though I am sorry that a few issues came up during your stay. We pride ourselves on our response time when we are needed, and it is nice when a guest appreciates it. It is great to know that you and your family enjoyed your time at Once Upon a Dream Villa, and we hope to see you all again sometime soon..

Thank you Ann, for the kind words and fantastic rating. I am glad the communication was to your liking, we do try to get that right, and we are delighted you found the cleanliness of the home to your liking. The Windsor Hills amenities are among the best in town and I am pleased you enjoyed them so much. It is always good to hear such great feedback, and we are grateful you took the time to share it. Our best wishes go to you and your family. We hope to see you all again in the future.

Thank you Ashley! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We feel this is the best resort of its kind in this area for many reasons, including the ones you commented on. We hope you think of this home for your next Orlando vacation!

Hello Kyrsten. Before responding, I would like to point out that you said you had given us 4 stars, but the actual rating only came through as 3. That said, I am glad our Once Upon a Dream Villa suited your family, and that you appreciated the location and our communication. We do try to be as thorough as possible in all our communications, and it is nice when guests acknowledge that. I am sorry that the beds were not comfortable for you, but that is always something that is subjective, and we have had many compliments over the years on the quality, and comfort, of the Ashley Essentials plush mattresses that we have in most of our properties. There is not really much I can do about that at the moment though, but thanks for sharing your thoughts. I have noted your comment about the pool fence and will address that in due course. Other than that, I trust you and your family had a great vacation, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Thank you Kathy, for sharing your thoughts on your January stay. I am glad the location worked well for Walt Disney World and that the beds and bedrooms were comfortable and convenient. We get a lot of compliments on those. I also understand why a king bed downstairs would have helped your grandparents avoid the stairs, but in fairness to us the listing does clearly state that the downstairs bedroom is a Queen room, though we do get your point and will look into it. Your note about the furniture is fair too in part, and I am genuinely sorry that the closed water park at the clubhouse affected part of your plans. We were not aware of that, though I am pleased you still had fantastic weather, and enjoyed your vacation. I found your review fair and balanced Kathy, and for that I thank you.

Thank you Rosemary & David! We are happy that you loved our home and enjoyed your experience with Evergreen!

Hello Jerry. Thank you for the detailed review. I wish you had mentioned any of these concerns, other than the pool, while you were actually here, though when I checked the pool the following morning I did find it to be in good shape but still had it serviced as a courtesy to you. I’m sorry the front door frame, the pool table, and the shuffleboard did not meet your expectations, the front door frame especially being in need of attention, though I am not sure how that would impact a vacation. Still, I did note your comments about the master bedroom fan, and the limited silverware for a larger group, and these things have since been addressed. I’m glad the laundry and AC worked well for you, nice to get some positives, and the fact that the location near Disney, the Walmart close by, and the quiet neighborhood all helped to make your stay at Once Upon a Dream Villa more enjoyable. We would only ask that if you do stay with us again in the future, you express any concerns while you are in the home. We are always available, and our response time is among the best in the business, something we pride ourselves on when given the opportunity.

Thank you Richard for the 5=star review! We really appreciate it. We hope you think of Evergreen for your next Orlando vacation!
