Great neighborhood and location to the parks

The house is in a great, gated community and only about 10-15 minutes from the parks. Pool and spa tub heater was wonderful and kitchen had everything we needed.

Excellent resort and location

Really enjoyed my stay at the house. They should really consider maintaining the pool monthly, it’s unsightly full of dirt and dead bugs, that should not be the responsibility of the guest to remove that to enjoy the pool.

We are surprised at our comments regarding the pool and wonder if it's (perhaps) aimed at the community/resort pool? We service the pool at the home every week. Occasionally bugs and debris will fall into the pool and will fall to the bottom - for the main drain to filter. This is why we provide a pool net for guests to use during their stay. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Great Place lots of space

The house was much larger than the pictures made it seem. It had all the amenities needed to stay for a week. Love how close this is to the parks. We've stayed at other Windsor Hills properties in the past but this is by far our favorite.

Wonderful home with lots of space!

Lovely, spacious home! Very clean and all the amenities you need! Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Updated and comfortable. Close to everything. Highly recommended for families. The decor is fun and colorful. Private inground pool. Great place to make happy memories.

Family trip to Disney

We came to Kissimmee so our kids could cheer at a competition. Two families stayed together as we are more family than friends. This property was perfect and Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort! This property could use some updates but was just fine for our vacation.

Satisfactory Stay

Our stay was satisfying. However, the furniture could use some updating. The house could also use some minor updates as you could see that it was used often. The game room was a fun area, but the air hockey table did not work. The location is excellent and being that close to the clubhouse is a plus. With some minor work, this place could easily be a five-star house.

Conference & Disney Stay

We stayed with 5 adults and a 3 year old. Such a great location! close to Disney, major grocery stores and dining. Some of our party even walked to Walmart Because it was so close. The location within Windsor Hills was also perfect , Short walk to the clubhouse and beautiful landscaping around the backyard with palm trees. Being a corner house it felt pretty secluded which was nice. There were lots of towels And having the laundry in house was great we came home With suitcases full of clean clothes. As noted in a few of the other reviews, there are some tiles that need fixing In the main living area. But everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was really nice we spent most of our time in the pool!

Convenient, Quiet and Fabulous!!!

The home was well appointed and located in a quiet, gated community. Clean and roomy. There were 4 of us there to celebrate a birthday and could have not picked a better place. The cleanliness was outstanding and we each had our own room with private bath. Made getting ready a breeze in the morning to hit the parks and not have to wait our turn. The host was Absolutely Awesome. We used them for all our needs. They took care of a scooter that saved us a lot of inconvenience. We will definitely be back and hope that it’s available during the time we meet. Our next trip, twice a year we hit the parks, this will be #1 on our list. Thank you and give them a shot. You will NOT be disappointed.❤️

Wonderful family spot

Excellent location close to the resort pool, great to have plenty of dishes and kitchen items available. Bathroom toiletries, extra dishwasher tabs and garbage bags provided. Even had mattress protectors which was nice with our kids. Quick responsiveness when we asked to add heat to the pool! There are some things in the entryway that need fixing-loose floor tiles and large gap underneath front door, remotes didn't all have batteries. The A/C was not working when we checked in and it was fixed within a few hours. Lisa was amazing to work with! A family with 2 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space to eat and lounge when relaxing. Pool was clean, plenty of towels, comfortable blankets. We will be back!

The property was very nice , it was starting to show some wear and tear. The sliding doors were in need of repair. One was hard to close and the other main slider the lock was broken so it was hard to even get it to lock properly. The management company Villas Direct could use some customer service education. When we got there somebody drained the pool completely and they had to fill it back up with the water hose which made the pool water way to cold to swim in on top of that the water wasn't as clear as it should be, I asked if they could turn the pool heater on to get it at least warm enough to swim in The management company's answer was that it'll heat up on it's own. When we got to the property the management company supplied 1 small towel per person for showers, We have stayed at Windsor Hills for at least the past 15 years at many different units from Condos to Townhomes and Homes and we always have sufficient towels, But Villas Direct answer to me was that's why there's a washer in the unit. I told them I didn't bring my wife on vacation to do laundry. I was not happy with them and will not rent another unit that they are managing. That is unfortunate because I would rent this again.

Don’t pay extra for pool heat

From the start didn’t receive check in packet. Arrived front entry fall hazard tile is popped up, we found a snake in the garage rec room, the twin bed sheets were not changed they had Cheetos dust on pillow case and under the covers lots of chip Crumbs. Toilet is hall bath doesn’t flush. Paid extra for pool heat and spa never got warm until last day after daily complaints and excuses from management that it wasn’t a hot tub and told us it does not gets hotter than pool yet last day it was so hot we could barely get in. Paying for pool heat at any of these homes in Windsor Hills is a rip off, my 3rd time and never heated properly. Refused to give refund on heat

We had a good stay at this condo. The check-in was easy. We were worried that the pool would not get warm for our children (as the weather in Florida was less than ideal at 57, 67, etc.) However, the pool was warm and the kids seemed happy. We did pay for pool heat. There was a plumbing issue with a bathroom tub draining slowly and we called about it. Walmart is nearby and the airport is close- maybe 30minutes. I would caution against using tap water to make coffee as I believe the tap water may not be good as all of the water smells horrible. We are now having stomach issues so don't make our mistake. Overall, it is a very nice space. We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times and it feels safe. It is a 9 minute drive to Disney world.

Disney world get away

Enjoyed the property layout. Disappointed in the outdated bedroom furniture . Extremely disappointed in the pool and cement deck. Had mold in a lot of the cement blocks. I feel this should have been cleaned before we checked in. I was told it gets cleaned quarterly. The adults we were with chose not to use the pool because of the unsightly . A waste of paying for the heated pool . Loved the community pool and center and the extremely close proximity of the house to the community center and pools. They were very clean and friendly people

Hi Pam Thanks for providing us with your feedback following your stay. The problems you had with the pool deck are addressed quarterly, as you were advised. The pool has trees all around it, which cause more shade in certain areas - which leads to the algae build-up on the deck pavers.

Clean and Close, but with caveats

To start with the positive, the house was clean and the proximity to the parks was great. Also, the house is bigger than the photos would have you believe. It easily sleeps 8. On the downside, it has definitely seen a lot of mileage and there is a fair amount of wear on everything. The most disappointing factor was the utter lack of paper products and dishwashing supplies. For what I paid for this place, I should not have to go buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwashing tablets. Finally it was clear this is run by a company and not an individual because there was no communication from any owner to speak of.

The property has been heavily booked over many years and we have asked the owner to upgrade and refresh the home and its amenities for some time. This home does not represent the standard of our properties. As for the paper products, as standard we provide starter products of toilet paper in each bathroom, kitchen towel in the kitchen and soaps on every bathroom bowl/vanity. We are looking at adding dishwasher and washing detergent tabs, plus shampoo and other amenities for guests in the near future. We hope that you'll come back to visit again soon!
