Welcome to Wishes, an extremely attractive 2 bedroom condo in the highly sought after Oakwater Resort. We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available in the Disney area, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Wishes is another fine example of that.

Very competitively priced, this well appointed condo offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Wishes is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom second floor condo in the very under-rated, but equally attractive, Oakwater Resort. With 1015 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! Located about a two minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, Wishes enjoys a corner plot quite close to the entry gate and just a stone's throw from the nearby Walmart superstore. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped.

Decorated in soft pastel shades throughout, and thoughtfully furnished too, utilizing the space is the name of the game here. This is a very nice condo, compact but with everything you could need as you will see. It does sleep 6 people comfortably, but we do restrict occupancy to 4 to preserve the condition of the home.

The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, and a twin room which is serviced by the second full bathroom directly opposite. The master has a 32" TV available, the twin has a fire TV. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Wishes also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing West, you can enjoy the sun until well into the early evening, perhaps enjoying a spot of supper as you plan your next adventure!.

Another thing worth remembering here is that this condo is on the lake side of the resort, which means that to the rear of the unit, just steps away, is Oakwater Lake, a fantastic feature, quite unique for resorts in this area, and one that hundreds of guests have enjoyed as they take a stroll and observe nature and engage their senses.

To the front of the property is the entry way, which leads to a flight of stairs that you would have to negotiate to get to the second floor where the living space is. We mention that in the name of full disclosure as those who have difficulty with stairs may not find this condo a good fit. For everyone else though it is a great option and has many things to recommend it, not least of which is a private one car garage and a driveway to park your car!

Wishes has been so popular over the years and really would be an excellent choice for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax. Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
