There is a very well behaved Golden Retriever "Danny" on property but he will not have access to your private outdoor deck space. This property is gated and accessed by a code for entry.

Guest will have ample parking and a separate entrance to their unit. They may wander the entire 5 acre property to enjoy the forest and manicured yard. They may even get to hang out with the resident Golden Retriever "Danny" on his daily playtime. He loves belly rubs and playing fetch. The upper covered patio is reserved for the owners. But we love getting to know new people and are always happy to share a refreshment when we are around.

Located on the north end of Maple Valley. Very central location with quick access to Issaquah, Renton Auburn, Kent, Covington.

HOT TUB is CLOSED after 11pm. Due to owners quarters above we ask that quiet hours are observed 11pm to 6am. No Smoking on the property- this is our primary home and we prefer it to be smoke free
