Located just 12 miles south of Traverse City on beautiful Arbutus Lake. Family and pet friendly environment. This single level cabin is spacious enough to sleep 8. The newly remodeled kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Central air and WiFi. There are three bedrooms. The first has a king bed, the second has one queen bed, and the third has two queen beds. All linens and towels are provided. The shared deck overlooks the lake and beach area. There are also other cottages on the property. Contact us to inquire about boat rental availability.

This place was perfect!

They have a great little community of Cabin rentals. They are very clean and updated inside. Access to the lake with pontoon rentals. The host are extremely nice and great communication. We will definitely be coming back!

Baby Shower

Remodeled cabin was nice and we enjoyed a pontoon ride on the lake after attending a baby shower (reason for trip). Location was close enough to town to make attending festivities easy. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Wry spacious and accessible, especially for my 83 year old mom with a walker. Loved the water being so close and how clean the cottage was.

Guys fishing trip

The cabin was fantastic and the location on the lake even better, i could write a novel about how much we enjoyed our short 3 day stay, we will definitely be back, and i highly recommend the resort , the cabin was well stocked with the basics and after a long day on the big lake the comfortable beds were a real treat.

Arbutus Lake House

The rooms and beds were perfect for our family of 5. The house was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. We did not get to go out on the lake because of the rain and cold, but the view was beautiful.

Great place for a girls trip!

Had a wonderful time at the cabin and the chain of lakes was beautiful. We took a pontoon boat with us and used the dock there. After we checked out we had an issue with the boat trailer and they were going to let us use the dock but we were able to get it fixed. I really appreciated how nice the staff was even after check out.

Family getaway

The listing and home were spot on to what we expected. The home was very clean and up to date all around. The family and I had a great time in the TC area. The suggestions is to add to the place would be blinds or window coverings on the two bedrooms and what type of coffee maker you have(Drip or Pod), Last thing would be to have a outside garbage can just outside bs walking to the dumpster. Thanks again!

A Charming Cottage Retreat

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations. Tucked away in a serene location, this cozy retreat provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the cottage. The warm, inviting interior was tastefully decorated. Our overall experience was wonderful. A minor concern was promptly addressed by the staff. The quick response and efficient resolution impressed us all. The cottage has beautiful, peaceful views of the surrounding nature. We enjoyed a morning coffee on the deck and the firepit was set up for an evening fire. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with modern comforts. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We look forward to our next visit.
