Cool Coast Condo is steps away from the sandy beach of Lake Michigan and the downtown of Grand Haven. During the day you can rest along the coast with your toes in the sand and enjoy the evening shopping and take in the nightlife of this quaint tourist destination including restaurants, ice cream, breweries, wine tasting and distilleries. There are many local activities that can be experienced on both the shore and on the unsalted water. You could charter a fishing boat, rent a pontoon boat/jet skis or just try your luck with paddle boarding or surfing. The land lovers could take a bike ride on the many paths around town, enjoy a game of miniature golf, walk the boardwalk to the light house and sit along the waterfront stadium to watch the musical fountain. Just as the summer has much to offer, the city is a year around town full of activities: from the beauty of the changing of the fall trees, many places to find fall festivities and the activities. Grand Haven is known for Winter Fest that brings out the joy of a kid at heart. There is skiing/snowboarding at Mulligan’s Hollow along with cardboard box racing and a trolly ride into town for Carmel apples and hot cider. This is truly a year round destination town.

It was easy find. Clean
especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Filled with nice amenities. Very close (walkable) to downtown GH and the boardwalk/pier. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect location in Grand Haven! It's walking distance to the channel, the beach, and downtown shops and restaurants. It's off the main street so it was pretty quiet. We're seniors, and we liked that the unit is on the ground level, no stairs to climb. Parking is right in front of the door. Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. All of the appliances were newer and in good condition. The pool was closed for the season, so we can't comment on that. The owners responded to texts very quickly. As noted by other reviewers, we could occasionally hear the people in the unit above us walking or moving chairs, but it wasn't excessively loud or disturbing. We met the upstairs neighbors and they were very considerate - they asked if they were bothering us! All in all, an enjoyable place to stay and we would stay here again.

Really great property. If you know grand Haven, it is walking distance to everything. Obviously it’s downtown and a three minute drive to the State Park Beach. Great owners. Welcoming and perfect location.

Great Place Great Location

This place is beautiful and clean and in the perfect location between the beech and downtown area. I highly recommend it. It has everything you need and everything is walkable. We also enjoyed the pool and sitting on the porch. It is a lower unit so you might hear your upstairs neighbor and the sprinkler system comes on around sunset. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is key

This condo was a perfect location to downtown, walking distance to waterfront, and had great views of the channel. We were able to get trolley to beach with ease. The fold out sofa and extra room were perfect for our kids along with a nice mater suite. Kitchen was modern and the laundry room was top notch. Will book again!!!

Wonderful property!

We had such a nice stay at Grand Haven in this condo. Everything was impeccably clean and well taken care of, and it was larger than I expected. All appliances worked well and they had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. Loved the easy walking distance to all the restaurants. My only complaint was the upstairs neighbors were a bit loud when my kids were trying to go to sleep (nothing unexpected with staying in a downstairs unit), scraping chairs, loud footsteps, luckily did not last too long. Overall highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Grand haven getaway

We stayed with our 2 children at this property over the 4th of July week. The property itself was in a great location! It’s a short and easy walk to everything! Having the use of a pool was a huge plus! The unit was very clean, had a lot of space and everything our family needed for an amazing stay! The owner was very quick to respond to messages. We would definitely come back and rebook this property.

A nice get away stay

I love the place it was very nice and organized and stocked with all the utilities, games and books/toys for the little ones and very cozy, with pool and grill is a plus with near by restaurants and close by walking distance to the beach. I definitely will recommend and will come back

Great Location

Great location. As expected with a downstairs unit, we heard normal noise from upstairs, scooting chairs, rushing water from flushed toilets, etc. But overall a very clean comfortable place.

Great but no recycling

This is a nice place, very clean and close to everything. My friends and I had a lot of bottles and cans at the end of the weekend with no recycling available. I had to take them all home so they didnt end up in a landfill. I hope you can start recycling soon. Otherwise, great place.

Grand Haven Condo

We had an incredible stay at this condo. The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was also in a great location. It was right downtown and just a short walk from the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Grand Haven.

Can’t beat the location!

What a wonderful condo and location! The owners were great communicators. The condo is so well set up for guests! The biggest bonus is of course the proximity to town, shops, restaurants, beach and Pronto Pups! I was sad we only had one night but would love to book a whole week in the future.

Really nice condo and perfect location for walking to all the attractions. Only down side were the showers. It was impossible to regulate the water temperature and the shower heads made the water come out so forceful that it was not pleasant to use.
