Great location within walking distance to the cutest little Town. Of note: a lot of stairs to get to additional sleeping quarters (only one bed and couches on main level) and the most spectacular views.

Great location! across the street from the boardwalk and musical fountain, ice cream shops, restaurants. To the right is the farmers market, to the left is the pier and beach. Beautiful stairs, a lot of areas to be in, easy parking, enjoyed the balcony. It worked out great for us. Could use a little TLC.FYI for memorial weekend the VFW next door has a fun BBQ festival and music stage - the music was fabulous with talented musicians! (unless you have little kids to put to sleep because it goes until 1 am). You'll also want to leave before they block off the roads for the parade Monday - or stay and enjoy!

This was our second time at this place and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and a new couch with pull out bed. Convenient to many dining options and a short ride to the beach or walk out to the pier.

We were happy with the location and overall had a good experience. The place needs a good deep clean and some TLC (loose/exposed light switches, heavily stained carpet, sink didn’t drain correctly). We felt safe in our location and enjoyed the fountain at night (our young kids were even able to sleep through it two of the nights)

This was exactly as described. Very convenient location, you could walk to anything. Blake was very easy to contact. The condo was very clean and extremely nice.

Great location!

Our family had a great time on our recent stay as its a great location! Only downfall is lots of stairs but totally worth it for the beautiful view from top floor. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great location with incredible view of the musical fountain!

Amazing stay at the super penthouse in Grand Haven

Our family enjoys Grand Haven in the fall. This is our 5th year at the penthouse. The view and the location are both great! There's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend!

Great place and location

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 infant. The beds were comfortable and having 2 &1/2 baths was very convenient. 2 kitchens was also good for the people on the 1st floor to have snacks at night. The location was ideal for walking to all the downtown restaurants and the top floor balcony gave a beautiful view around the city, up to the YMCA sand dune hill and the nightly musical fountain show.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. This location was so close to everything. We were nice and centrally located. The penthouse is beautiful and has so much room and beautiful views from the third floor windows and balcony.

Great condo for multiple guests, with three floors. Views of downtown Grand Haven and the Grand River out to the lake are really lovely. Just make sure you don't mind climbing stairs.

Lovely, central place to stay when visiting Grand Haven. Great view of the musical fountain. The accommodations were good. The top floor is gorgeous with lots of light and great views! We got a good workout climbing the stairs. Thank you!
