Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this situation became such a source of frustration during your stay, but we would like to clarify several important details for future guests. The washing machine had been repaired under warranty before your arrival and was fully operational at check-in. During your stay, a different component unexpectedly failed. Because the prior repair had been completed under warranty, any additional service was required to go through that same warranty process. We explained this and provided updates throughout the repair process as information became available. We understand that a working washer was important for your family’s plans, which is why our team remained in frequent communication and continued working toward a resolution throughout the stay. We also offered the option to check out early with a refund for unused nights if the situation no longer met your needs. Unfortunately, your reservation coincided with the end of the washer’s service life, and the unit ultimately required replacement. While this was an unexpected mechanical failure outside of anyone’s control, we still provided compensation for the inconvenience. The refund issued was the amount communicated by our team. We also addressed concerns that were reported during the stay and remained available to assist.
