The main level offers a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with tub. The upper level includes a third bedroom with queen size bed, full bath and loft space. The lower level includes a family room, a full bathroom with sauna and laundry facilities. A large deck offers plenty of space to enjoy a meal outdoors or simply take in the beautiful scenery.

HOA Requirements for Renters:
i. No more than five (5) vehicles may be parked in the driveway at any time. No parking on the streets at any time.
ii. Tents, campers, recreational vehicles, motorhomes and the like are prohibited.
iii. There shall be no outdoor fires, whether or not there is a fire-pit on the property.
iv. There shall be no outdoor parties, celebrations, games or other activities that create offensive amounts of noise.
v. There shall be no noise audible on adjacent properties after 10 pm.
vi. Trash must be placed in covered containers and the containers must be kept in the garage or in property’s designated trash storage place, so they are not visible from the road.
