Great Lake Michigan Beach Vibes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is great and the location is hard to beat. Having direct access to the beach on Lake Michigan is amazing. A few minor things weren’t great, the back porch and grill were covered in dust and spider webs and not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also the back sliding door frame is all messed up and doesn’t properly close. Overall would still recommend the place and will be back.

Our stay at Sunset Landing was perfect for our needs as a family!! The listing pictures do not do the place justice!! It was cozy yet big enough for us to spread out if needed! The view from the living room and balcony were breathtaking! Of course the beach was perfect! (Bring your rock shoes!) We were all so sad to leave at the end of our trip!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in the summer for the better part of 10 years, and this may be the best experience we've had. Communication from Graham was fantastic. The property was clean, and the stay itself could not have been better. It's hard to describe how comfortable and beautiful Sunset Landing is. Accessibility to the lake is easy, and the beach itself is lovely. We really couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more.

We were so excited to spend our second week of vacation on the sandy beach of Lake Michigan. Unfortunately the home was not cleared of cobwebs, spiders, twigs, branches nor acorns in quite some time. Carrying everything upstairs to the living area was not clear in the ad, but doable in several trips. The outstanding feature of this rental was the beach, and the deck after we cleaned it off. Not a place for folks that can’t do stairs well. We left emails for the Maintenance Company on the faucet leaks and damages/rotten smells under the Kitchen sink. Nice spot, but needs a lot of upkeep to be appreciated at the price they were paid.
