Entire upper 2nd floor spacious apartment is all yours. Private secured safe parking on property behind an electronic gate. (You will be provided with your own gate clipper)
The home has no beach view. The beaches are hidden just behind the surrounding luscious green hills and mountain views. You will enjoy the hills and the valley below while sitting and sipping tea or coffee on your choice of 2 private and relaxing patios where the air is always fresh, the grass is green on every side and harmless wild life pops up occasionally. Iguana,
mongoose, birds, butterflies, lizards and a cat taking a garden stroll. Have your phone cam ready because you never know when the wildlife play will begin :)
