This unit has a spectacular view of the San Francisco Peaks. Newer construction with a modern but comfortable feel. We have a full kitchen which includes:stove/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, blender & toaster. We even provide coffee & tea. Washer & dryer in unit. Two Bedrooms with king size beds and closet space. Two full bathrooms as well. Sofa bed in the living room area for extra guests. We are also excited to offer a beautiful, new community hot tub. Just a note, we do not allow pets.

We also like to disclose that we are in an urban, downtown area. We do have a mission across the street that offers services to the less fortunate members of our community. That being said, we do have a very secure property with key codes to the entrance that change with every new guest.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. It feels new, clean and is beautifully decorated. We appreciated the beautiful bathrooms with nice body soap, shampoo/conditioner and plenty of lovely towels. We had everything we needed including huge luxurious beds. Communication was excellent.

Location is AMAZING! Easy walk to campus and to downtown area. Lots of little amenities owners have thought about for you. From clothes soap, dryer sheets to paper towels, coffee, and aluminum foil. There is an elevator so coming in with suitcases is easy. Owners are extremely responsive with any questions.

The communication was extraordinary, they respond quickly. I mean in a couple of minutes. Close to everything downtown, coffee, breakfast, happy hour, nightlife. Patio is right over San Francisco Street. I think this is our new go to, for visiting Flagstaff. The only reason not 5 stars is that I have a full size Crew Cab Truck, it does not fit in the tiny parking spaces ( could have parked within the lines, but would be hindering other cars). So I had to park on the Street.

check-in was super easy, the building was nice and updated along with the apartment that had new finishings and a luxe feel. two bedrooms and two bathrooms were both great to have as two couples staying here, and this was the first place we stayed on our trip that had a comfy couch so we could watch movies! centrally located and easy to walk places from here, plus the balcony was super cool even though it was cold out.

Stayed here before so was great first time to stay again for another weekend. Great place, very close to everything downtown. Some late night noise but that is to be expected where place is from walkers going by after bars close. Recommend this place!

YES - Stay here

This place is what it is says online It was simple but very well stocked with supplies you would need. Location is excellent to downtown area. Yes, has a shelter across but never worried or anybody bothering us, wouldn’t really know unless was told which was nice to be up front though. Late night was little loud with night crowds but was expected for where you are at. Great place, very clean and fresh. Loved the style of this place! Would stay again for sure!
