This lovely home at Windsor Island Resort is all you need to spend a wonderful vacation in Orlando! It offers a cozy space equipped with upscale interior design furniture and appliances, so you can have a great time with your family.
A living room and a loft with a flat-screen TV to relax and watch whatever you feel like. or, you can relax at the pool, after a full day in Orlando. A fully equipped kitchen will also be at your disposal, with a beautiful granite counter and appliances.

– THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY:
Although we provide basic welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the guest responsible for the reservation. This home is under a pest control protocol applied by a professional company. But as this is a garden-style property, it means that its front and back doors have exit points to the outside, we ask all guests to please not leave any of the doors open as in Florida’s climate there are insects all year, so leaving doors and windows open will allow unwanted entry.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
– FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.
– TRASH DISPOSAL:
The collection happens 7 days a week.
Guests are responsible for their own trash. No Extra Trash Can Be Left On Exit. All bins must be closed as animals can get in and cause a mess. Management regularly patrols the area and will report.
The trash collection only happens when the trash is properly bagged and placed inside the trash bin without overflowing it. If there's excessive trash that won't fit the bin or if there's any garbage placed directly in the bins, the HOA will not collect it. In these cases, and in cases of excessive trash upon check out, we will hire a private trash collection service and the cost of U$100.00 + taxes will be redirected to the guests.
– POOL HEATER: Please note that pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate.
Ordering the Pool Heating Service:
Pool heating is available for $40 a day + taxes (minimum 4 days). If you would like the Spa to be heated, you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be hired up to 48h prior to guest arrival. If it is ordered after that, a $30 connection fee will be charged. also, if the pool heater isn't hired for the whole stay a $30 connection/disconnection fee will apply.
The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater can keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
– BBQ GRILL:
The use of the BBQ Grill is NOT included in the rental rate.
The house has a grill available for rent. That will be provided at a cost of $130 USD, and this fee will cover 1 gas refill. If interested, you need to notify us prior to arrival. If it is ordered after check-in a $30 connection fee will be charged.
- INTERNET / CABLE:
We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are complimentary services for our guests.
– PARTIES: All homes that have a noise nuisance that ends up with the police being called to the house will result in a $500 FINE.
TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE, WE ASK THAT OUR HOME IS LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
– ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
If there is any damage caused by the guest and the Management Company has to send someone out to fix, repair, or do extra for cleaning, additional charges will apply:
- Plugged toilet: $80.00 - Smoking inside the unit: $500.00 - Moved furniture and not returned to original placement: $100.00 per piece of furniture moved - Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean: $200.00 - Frozen AC (this could happen if thermostat temperature is placed below 72F or if doors are left open): $200.00 - Check-out after 11 am or late check-out is considered an extra charge.
– STARTER SUPPLIES provided with the home include:
- 1 Kitchen Paper Towel - 1 Small Bar of Soap Per Bath - 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath - 1 Dish Washing Capsule in The Kitchen - 1 Extra Trash Bag.

This is our second time staying at Windsor Island Resort and we just love it. Close to the parks and amazing resort pool and bar to relax at on your days off. The private pool is great for some quiet down time or fun from the sounds of some of the other homes :) The rental was clean, bright, and had plenty of space for us all. Would go again!

This home is definitely not brand new I have stayed at this resort many times and this was my first horrible experience the home was filthy I am not exaggerating at all , had to wipe handles before we could use them windows had fingerprints all over them I could go on and on I mentioned this to the host they sent cleaners over the only thing they did was turn dishwasher on very disappointing.

New and Fun Place
The host did a great job of describing and listing the place. Its very new so they are still adding items to the kitchen but there was still plenty to cook and use.
The pool was great to have at the home and the neighborhood amenities were amazing.
We were extremely grateful with the kindness of the host allowing us to check in very early on our arrival date. We were coming down after hurricane Milton and wanted to get ahead of the return traffic. This was HUGE!
Their prices where great and we would definitely stay here again!
