Water Access & Outdoor Recreation:
The private deep-water dock is ideal for fishing, swimming, or tying up your boat. A quiet cove provides calm waters that are perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, and family water activities. Guests can also enjoy a basketball hoop for additional outdoor entertainment.

Beautiful property and location with all the amenities you would want or need. My husband and I enjoyed a great long weekend here. There’s plenty of space, both indoor and out. The deck is a great place to take in the lake or you can sit at the dock or the fire pit. The hot tub lit up at night was a perfect end to a day of boating and fishing on the lake. Would visit again.

This house and property were great. The owners were responsive and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard, porch, gazebo, dock and hot tub were perfect.

Overall a great little spot. A few things that surprised me were the steps down to water. This seemed a little dangerous especially for older people. Also there were no steps from upper deck to lower deckThe decor was a bit Christian country for my taste but that is a personal preference. The living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The deck from house and hot tub were lovely !

Just to clarify for future guests, the ramp mentioned is a dog ramp that was originally placed there for the owners’ personal dog when he was a puppy and is not intended as a set of stairs for human use. There are also steps leading from the upper deck down to the lower deck. The lake is currently 5 feet below full pond, which is unusually low this year, causing the dock and the steps leading down to the water to sit much lower than they normally would. This was a great house to stay right on the water! The hill to get to the water wasn’t too steep! The hot tub was very clean and nice! Beds were comfortable! It didn’t list the boat room with bunk beds but my son and his friend stayed in there and loved it! The deck and gazebo was great also! We will be saving this house for next year!

Really amazing place. The house is well put together and themed just right. Everything was working. The back yard, deck, hot tub, deck and gazebo were all so fun and enjoyable. The location is beautiful and convenient for so many things. Would love to stay here anytime

Our extended family of 8 really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the house was as advertised. This was our third trip to SML but the first time at this particular house and we would definitely stay there again!

Kid free parent weekend

Wonderful property for Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Smith Mountain Lake, and the property enhanced our visit! We created lots of great memories. The dock, the fire pit, the hot tub, the gazebo, the functional kitchen with everything we needed for family fun.

Lake getaway

Perfect place to hang out with friends or family and stay waterfront right on the lake. The beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and the host answered all questions very promptly. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Quiet spot on SML

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay … wanted a quiet spot on SML, and this was perfect. Brought our kayaks and paddled every morning and swam from the dock. Enjoyed the shaded gazebo when the sun got too much for the porch. Realized a little late in the game that there are rotating food trucks a few miles down the road. Would definitely come back.

Our weekend was so much fun, the weather was perfect, the location was amazing and the house was clean. If I had any questions the homeowner replied within minutes, always! We can’t wait for another fun filled lake weekend!

Beautifully decorated home located in a quiet community. Wonderful attention to detail. Our family stayed there while celebrating our Liberty students graduation. We enjoyed the home, the hot tub, the lake, and even the heard of deer that ran through the yard daily.

Fantastic Family Fun

We had a great time with our family-thank you! Your home is so lovely, too! The hot tub, dock, fire pit and cornhole boards kept things relaxing and entertaining. I appreciated the linens and towels being supplied and the kitchen really did have quite a few appliances/accommodations. The frequent wildlife visits added to our stay. Thank you for a great week!
