Cette charmante maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est la location familiale idéale qui laissera les enfants et les adultes heureux. La maison dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et des chambres avec des matelas trÚs confortable. Un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale, un lit queen size dans la chambre n ° 2 et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre n ° 3. Il y a un centre vertical pour laveuse et sécheuse idéalement situé dans la maison et à proximité des chambres à coucher. La salle à manger a des portes françaises se ouvrent sur le balcon donnant sur la piscine. Les autres équipements comprennent le WiFi dans tout l'établissement.
Une piscine semi-privĂ©e merveilleuse et rafraĂźchissante (partagĂ© par seulement deux autres unitĂ©s) vous et votre famille vous attend quand vous revenez de la plage. Le patio dispose Ă©galement d'une table de pique-nique et de pierre meubles de patio tropical, le tout entourïżœïżœïżœïżœ par des parterres de fleurs toute l'annĂ©e.
La magnifique plage SPI est seulement une courte distance Ă  pied, et il ya quelques bons restaurants Ă  distance de marche de la maison, tels que PadreRita Grill et Blackbeards, deux de mes favoris!

Rainy stay

The property was as described. We all really enjoyed the unit we stayed in. I gave a 3 on the communication only because i emailed a question about parking a golf cart rental which went unanswered. Other than that, check in and check out emails came in a timely manner.We'd stay here again, especially if the bottom units go unfilled as was our case.Great time, even though it rained the entire time we were there.

This was a beautiful cozy spot that was just minutes away from the beach and anything else that you want to do. The pool was perfect if you didn’t want to go to beach. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

Great stay walking distance to the beach!

We loved this place! We had the whole upper unit and were able to fit our large family perfectly. The pool right outside the back deck was a great added bonus! But the best part was the quick (5 min) walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend this place!

Casa Malbec A

Property clean, large master bdrm & bath access to patio, large kitchen & dining very organized, 3drm & 2 ba. Large back open porch, great location. Half a block from Beach access 13. Good size clean pool. Large backyard with bbqs & shade under pergalo. Our family was very comfortable. Host was easy to contact & good about sending instructions & checking to see if we were doing ok.

I didn’t go to stay at this place Casa A Malbec, which I had reserved and paid for, but my son stay there which it was arranged for him, when he arrived there to get into the place, my name was not on the list and he had to call the property manager in order to get the code for the house and to see that all was working correctly, but other than that he like the house where he stayed at

Perfect location and comfort

Our family of 4 and cousin's family of 3 enjoyed a fun 2 night stay. It is a short, easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. The kids took advantage of the pool both evenings. We had one question at check-in and the host responded immediately to resolve the issue. Would happily stay here again!!!

Owner is super responsive and friendly

We stayed a total of 8 days, with 8 of us. I had to call the owner twice and he was great. He answered the first time, and immediately took care of anything asked. The property is great, and very family friendly. We enjoyed it.

Needed Getaway

The property was PERFECT! My family enjoyed every minute of it. They wouldn’t get out of the pool LOL. But really this property was one of the best we’ve stayed at on the island. Fantastic property steps from the beach

This is my second time staying at this property and I was very happy to see that it's been beautifully maintained since my last trip a couple of years ago. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the things needed for cooking a meal or making drinks. The beach is a very quick walk so it's easy to make several trips a day without feeling inconvenienced whatsoever. My favorite part about this condo is the back deck and patio area where you can relax and have drinks or swim and suntan. Everyone in my party had an amazing time- we will be back!

Beautiful beaches, close to home, warm almost all year long...and eventually planning to retire to SPI.
It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.
