Set among the pines in one of Sunriver’s most inviting areas, Aspen Lane 17 is a classic lodge-style retreat designed for family vacations, multigenerational stays, and time well spent together. With the Nature Center, Observatory, Fort Rock Park, and the Deschutes River all close by, this spacious home offers an easy balance of adventure, comfort, and connection.

The main living area has the warmth and character of a traditional Central Oregon getaway, with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and an open layout that keeps everyone connected. The fully stocked kitchen flows naturally into the dining and living spaces, making it easy to prepare meals, gather around the table, and settle in for a relaxed evening after a day outdoors.

The sleeping arrangements are well suited for larger groups. On the main level, Bedroom One has a king bed and an ensuite Jack-and-Jill bathroom that can also be accessed for guest use. Upstairs, Bedroom Two is a king suite with a sleeper sofa, Bedroom Three has a queen bed, and Bedroom Four has a queen bed plus a pyramid bunk. A comfortable loft adds another place to read, relax, or enjoy a little quiet time. All bedrooms include Smart TVs.

Outside, the private hot tub and deck offer a peaceful place to unwind beneath the pines, while the gas BBQ makes casual outdoor meals easy. When the group is ready for a little friendly competition, the garage is equipped with a pool table, ping pong, two arcade games, and cornhole.

Six adult cruiser-style bikes make it simple to explore Sunriver’s miles of paved pathways, whether you are heading toward Fort Rock Park, The Village, the river, or simply enjoying an afternoon ride through the trees. Ten SHARC passes for 2026 add even more options for summer fun.

Thoughtful family-friendly amenities, including a high chair and Pack-n-Play, help make traveling with younger guests a little easier.

Aspen Lane 17 offers the kind of Sunriver stay that works beautifully in every season: summer bike rides and river days, cool evenings in the hot tub, and winter nights gathered beside the fireplace.

Overall good stay. Appreciate the central AC throughout the house and bathroom for each bedroom. Several broken pieces of furniture, but the property management was quick to respond. Surprisingly clean for a dog friendly house, washer and shower heads could use a deep cleaning- quite mildewy. Would also recommend leaving pump hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms for a more personal home feel the bars of soap leave a residue on the counter and hands.

Absolutely chose the best place! Able to bring our fur baby, bathroom for each bedroom, keys for SHARC— wonderful!! Beds very comfortable and very well supplied kitchen. BONUS of a play area in the garage— WOW!

Nice staycation

We were able to host a small gathering of close family and friends for my child’s first birthday and have out of town family stay at the property for the duration of their visit as well. Good location, nice open house with good bedrooms that were not crammed full of extra beds.

Nice Family Christmas Getaway

The home was very comfortable, easy, and enjoyable for all age groups. The pool table and video games in the garage were fun! Would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in baths and the downstairs shower is handheld only, needs to have some kind of a mount on wall. We were very pleased with the gift card for our military member, thank you! We hope to stay again!

We had a great stay at Aspen 17. The home was spacious, and the hot tub, garage, with pool table, ping pong and two upright video games were great for the kids, The Sharc passes were a huge plus. This home was adequately supplied in the large kitchen, The appliances worked well. The beds were fine with the exception of a plastic sheet and box spring on the queen bed upstairs. The hot tub was clean and hot. The two dogs enjoyed the yard, and fenced deck. The kids loved the bunk rm with a queen bed. The large king rm with a full hideabed was great! We enjoyed using the stack and the furniture on the decks! Very pleasant house and amenities. Thank you !

Extended Family Christmas Trip

The property was exactly as pictured. It was spacious, with plenty of room for 11 of us. Although we didn't use the hot tub, it would have been fun if we'd had more time. Our family spent a day snow boarding at Mt. Batchelor and the location of the property made it an easy commute up and back. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and worked great for a family Christmas meal as well as general cooking during our stay. The Sunriver resort was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed exploring the village. I look forward to visiting in the summer when we can actually utilize the bikes. Although it froze during our stay, the property owner kept ice melt conveniently on the property and it was greatly appreciated.

Loved this property, clean and beautiful. We were glad to gain early entry, and it was easy to get in touch with property manager. With 3 teenage boys and 1 girl the game room was perfect. Especially nice with the garage door open, it gave an open-air effect. The house was well laid out and on a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a sense of family in Sunriver set in a pine forest with many local deer. We have imprinted a wonderful family memory. We hope to come back again.
