4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cape cod for rent in a beautiful marina community!

This home boasts an oversized kitchen / dining area, first floor laundry, large living room and an additional bonus sunroom that leads to the large, partially covered deck, and beautiful fenced in back yard.

The bottom floor welcomes two large bedrooms and a large full bath. The top floor also has oversized bedrooms and a second full bathroom.

Relax on the large semi-covered back deck while you enjoy the beautiful landscaping, complete with blackberry vines and pear trees! (Help yourself!) Along with the pristine outdoor space comes extended driveway for plenty of parking, large outdoor shower area, and large back deck for entertaining!

Stay with us in our comfortable oasis in one of the best communities of Ocean View! Only 1 mile from Oceanview Center and 3 miles from Bethany Beach!

The only thing we ask, other than you having a wonderful, relaxing vacation is to please respect this home as if it were your own. This is a quiet residential community of local families.

A group of us stayed at this home over the July 4th long weekend and it was perfect! We were 5 adults and 3 young children and the house had most everything we needed. It’s larger than it looks in the photos and was very comfortable for us. The owner is also very friendly and available whenever we had a question. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

House near the beach

The house was well furnished with basic amenities, comfortable furniture, and a spacious fenced backyard for our dog to run around. Short car ride over to the beach.

A Gemstone in Ocean view area!

It ‘s a very nice place to call home away from home. Outdoor shower was one of the highlights of the place. From a beautiful landscaping to well functional kitchen, lots of space for family gatherings in the family rooms. Both Sara and Mark are lovely to deal with, a very well communication. I highly recommend this place for your vacation home.

Cozy beach getaway

A cozy home an easy drive away from multiple beaches. All the comforts of home and then some. We only used the first floor which is basically like a two bedroom apartment unto itself. Living areas on the first floor are nicely decorated and furnished. Beautiful deck and yard which our pup enjoyed along with his post-beach showers in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was very accomodating. Close to all major attractions. Fenced in yard great for the pets!! Owner very available for any questions that may arise. A wonderful trip all around. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Beach house four miles from the beach

Great backyard with an outdoor shower for getting sand off. Friendly neighborhood with a marina but not busy. Location is near enough to the beach and great restaurants, but a little further from the beach than we're used to. Some people would adore this house. It wasn't my favorite though. The water pump was a little loud and linens weren't provided.
