Experience luxury and relaxation in our 2 bed/2 bath condo at the Majestic Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. Located in tower 2, on the 21st floor, this oceanfront condo has a master bedroom with a King-sized bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that comes with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room areas overlook the Gulf of Mexico and are furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa! Washer and dryer inside the unit. The unit has its own balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Being on the 21st floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.

MAJESTIC RESORT AMENITIES:

Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features three outdoor pools, two indoor heated pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a movie theatre, tennis court and his & her sauna. It is also a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. It is close to Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo, miniature golf and more. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

It was very good stay. I do need to remember next time to bring more toilet paper, coffee filters and salt and pepper. Did not understand the check in procedure but the staff told us what to do.

We were very pleased with the overall stay at this condo. It was definitely clean! We did have trouble getting the code to work a few times. Never could get the TV’s to work but did not contact the owners about it. The beds slept great and condo was nice and cold! I did text with a question about parking. I received an immediate response and clarification! Overall a great place to stay!

The room had a great view we felt harassed about our arm bands lol. I’ve never experienced that before. The spare bedroom toilet is broken and housekeeping didn’t clean under the coffee pot . It’s a nice place but I won’t be back solely because of having to sign out carts and being asked about my armband every time I leave the room

Amazing Family Trip

My family and I had an amazing time. The best thing was the view from the balcony. It was absolutely phenomenal from the 21st floor. The check in was super easy and we went straight to our room without having to deal with the front office. Place was clean and had everything in the kitchen needed to make food. We will definitely be back.

Location is great. Beautiful ocean views The onlything Ican'trave about is the cleanliness.The stovetop wasn't clean. The countertops needed cleaned and the floors thruout were sandy

Nice owner BUT not pleased with ECDI management

Beautiful view of gulf from the balcony;had a lot of issues regarding the unit ( late entry to the unit, keyless door not working a few times ( scary that we got locked out ), advertised free beach chairs were NOT available until our Day 5; ECDI management was very slow with communication exchanges/responses/updates (they manage the owner's unit); did reach out to VRBO, the owner and the building's association staff- it was upsetting when ECDI sent maintenance workers without informing us beforehand during our stay. Majestic buildings 1 & 2 are nice & clean with wonderful staff ( Sib, security,custodial ),has a theater with scheduled viewing,different pools to dip in,covered walkways to parking lot,close to bars/restaurants/stores.
