BRAND NEW CABO PENTHOUSE CONDO with MEDANO BEACH VIEWS, MARINA VIEWS, AMAZING SUNRISES and a PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK with more amazing views! This condo has 2 bedrooms both with new king beds and a private outdoor living space with some of the most incredible views in Cabo. Enjoy 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer and dryer and air conditioning. It’s a 5 minute Uber ride to the famous Cabo marina, restaurants, mall, shopping & nightlife. Great value in paradise!

Check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am. Upon arrival our property manager, Juan Blanco, will meet you at the unit, assist carrying luggage and groceries and orient you to our condo and the complex. He is available during your stay for any emergencies or questions about the condo.

Our condo complex and security does not allow any visitors beyond the registered guests.

Rest & Relaxation in Cabo

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Torre Maria condo. The process for checking in and out was easy and straightforward. The owner and condo manager provided all the info needed upfront prior to check in. The condo was wonderful; clean, comfortable, quiet, decorated nicely, contained everything needed for a delightful stay. And the view of the marina was fantastic.

Cabo Bucket List

My brother and I came to Cabo on a ‘Bucket List’ excursion/quest for big tuna. We booked the Maria Tower Condo for its location to the marina as well as the view and price. The condo was exactly as described in the VRBO overview and it fit our needs perfectly. Robert, the owner provided Tim’s of helpful information in advance, and the property manager, Juan was readily available via WhatsApp whenever we had any questions or needs. The condo was clean, secure and mostly quiet, with the exception of a few barking dogs that echoed through the scattered condo buildings in the area, but honestly I only heard them when we were on the balcony enjoying the spectacular views. Also, it’s Mexico and there are plenty of dogs in Mexico. I think our only issue with the location of the unit was tryouts no to get either Ubers or delivery of anything during our stay. The building sits in a rather new, but somewhat remote setting that was hard to describe to drivers. WhatsApp made that much more convenient. I would not hesitate to rebook and stay here again.

Thanks for staying! My wife and I Uber all the time and never had an issue being picked up at the building. As far as deliveries, everyone in Mexico uses whatapp so all one needs to do is send a pin to direct them to the building. Easy!

We first went to Cabo in 2021 and fell in love and purchased our Miro Condo. Then our developer offered us a great deal on this condo pre-construction. Everything is brand new! You will love the quality furnishings and you will love our property manager, Juan Blanco, who will assist you during your stay!

The neighborhood is only a 5 minute drive to downtown and to many of the local restaurants we love to go to. Yet it is far enough away so you don't have the noise of the night clubs in the evening!

The view is THE BEST is Cabo. Get up and watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. Watch the boats come and go from the marina. The panoramic view of Medano Beach and downtown is breathtaking!
