Enjoy private gardens, a five-minute walk to the beach, and York Harbor Village. Stroll along the Fisherman's Walk, Wiggly Bridge, Cliff Walk, York Harbor, and York Harbor Beach. Enjoy cooking meals in a fully equipped kitchen or dining out at one of the many local restaurants. York also offers two additional beaches (Short Sands and Long Sands Beach), the Village at Short Sands, Animal Kingdom, surf lessons, restaurants/bars, bike and surf rentals, shopping, and more. You can also drive along the Maine coastline to see lighthouses, historic landmarks, and popular destinations like Ogunquit, Perkins's Cove, and Kennebunkport. Portsmouth, NH, is only a 15-minute drive, and Portland, ME, is a 45-minute drive. Return to your private getaway to relax at the end of your day.

The Space
Our apartment offers more space, privacy, and amenities than local hotels. It features an open floor plan with a spacious layout, two bathrooms, and a bedroom on the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking inside or outside. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, and a 1/2 bathroom overlooking one of our many gardens. The second floor also looks over the garden and has a queen Tempra mattress for a comfortable night's sleep, a working space, a 1/2 bathroom, and a washer and dryer. You can also enjoy a large private porch surrounded by lush gardens that change weekly, complete with patio furniture, a table for two, and a gas grill. You can explore our gardens or visit the butterfly garden. We also provide a selection of books and games throughout the apartment for your enjoyment.

Highspeed 5G AND 2G mesh networks are available to support your multiple devices streaming HD videos, video conferencing, and gaming, as well as the Smart TV that includes complementary spectrum cable, MAX (HBO), and Disney + apps.

Packing lite:
We want to ensure that your arrival is stress-free, so we start you off with light snacks, cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, sugar, and more, as well as limited toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. Additionally, we provide all linens and essential cleaning supplies. If you require an iron, ask. We also include beach chairs and a pre-packed beach bag, which provides two beach towels and reusable water bottles.

Privacy
Your privacy and comfort are important to us. You have two private entrances and a porch surrounded by gardens. You share the driveway with the owners and can walk the property anytime. Please note that the main house and apartments share a wall; however, we are a quiet family of three. Sometimes you may see us working on the lawn or walking, but we do our best to give you a private relaxing experience.
