A great cottage

Really enjoyed my stay here for a week. Very comfortable. Great location - right downtown but very peaceful. The screen porch was amazing. A cozy cottage!

Wonderful studio in the perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach & town. The owners were super friendly & helpful with anything we needed during our stay.

The cottage was perfect location and so cute and charming! Everything was clean and the owner left clear instructions and was quick to respond with inquiries. We have also rented another property from the same owner in the past and they were great to work with then too! We highly recommend them! Thank you for a fabulous week in OGT!

Great little cottage downtown

This cottage is perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for a great little place while visiting Ogunquit and exploring southern Maine. Great patio, studio kitchen, walkable to everything you need in Ogunquit. Would definitely stay here again!

This location is exceptional!

If you want to be in the heart of Ogunquit, this location is excellent. I loved being able to walk the Marginal Way each morning. The beach is just a short, easy walk. If you are looking for a week or weekend visit, this location is perfect. The porch is a wonderful place to sit and read! The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with.

Lovely Cottage

We were so happy with this little cottage! It was cozy and clean. Close to just about everything in Ogunquit, it was a perfect place for us to stay. The little porch was a very sweet part of the place. Our hosts were gracious and kind, highly recommend their properties to everyone! Excellent VRBO experience! Thank you!

Perfect Perch in Ogunquit

Cottage was adorable with everything we could have needed. We made fantastic use of the screened-in porch and the picnic table out front. Truly perfect location for exploring Ogunquit - just a few seconds' walk to Route 1 or Shore Rd. and very close to the pedestrian path to the beach. Restaurants galore to up and down Shore Rd and Beach Drive. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay again!

Cute little cottage in Ogunquit

This little cottage is set back behind others in the village of Ogunquit. It has all the amenities you need, a perfect size for two people. A short walk to the beach and downtown is at the end of the street. There's one parking space on a sloped driveway, plenty of shade and neighbor's to talk to for advice. It is a convenient base to explore the area.

After reading glowing reviews of the cottage, I had expected a really nice place and was disappointed.The cottage was in a great location, was clean and provided a parking space. The owner responded promptly to my questions. It was nice to be able to bring our dog.The cottage itself was old and not in good condition. It needed to be updated The bathroom had a very old tub and sink. The clawed tub was surrounded by 2 shower curtains, the sides of the tub were very high and the bottom of the tub very slippery. It was very precarious getting in and out and I had to be careful not to fall.The sink was rusty and there were holes in the wall.Other smaller issues were:The place was 1 tiny room. A narrow table, coat rack and a small utility cart were crowded into the room. There was no place large enough for our luggage etc and we kept it all on the porch.There were no coffee mugs to make a normal sized cup of coffee,one curtain was missing and we were woken up by the light each morning at 5:30,The door leading out from the porch was broken.I would not recommend this cottage.

Extrêmement cher pour ce que ce lieu a à offrir. J’ai loué pour une semaine et j’ai dû apporter drap, serviette, etc. Il n’y avait aucune couverture et je n’a pas été prévenue. Des poils dans la douche, des résidus sous le lit et de la poussière sur les meubles à mon arrivée. Rien pour entretenir comme balai et porte poussière. À la plage c’est plus que nécessaire. Rien pour faire la vaisselle, il aurait fallu que j’amène aussi ce qui il fallait. Pour un endroit dans le fond d’une cour sans chauffage et le minimum requis, c’était beaucoup trop chère !!!! Très déçue de mon expérience !!!

We are sorry you had a bad experience as we generally have great feedback. We take all comments seriously and adjust accordingly. To some of the points you made: - we believe pricing is fair as compared to other accommodations in Ogunquit and we have not raised our rates in 3 years. -this was the first rental of the season. As such it was professionally cleaned at the end of last season and again at opening. I personally checked it as well on the day of arrival. It was clean. - for cleaning supplies, there is a broom next to the refrigerator, clean wrapped sponge and dish soap on the sink and paper towels. - we do not offer linens or towels. We will ensure the listing is clear on this. Of note this is also clearly stated on the email sent to the renter prior to arrival. Thank you.

Lovely little cottage; highlight was the great location

I loved staying here because of the amazing location (less than a 1-minute walk to the main street in Ogunquit and only a 5-minute walk to the beach!). I couldn't open the windows for some reason, but there was a good-quality AC, and the cute and functional kitchen was very handy. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was very fast at communicating as well, which made things very smooth.

Great spot in the middle of everything

Cute cottage in a great location in Ogunquit - steps away from restaurants and shops, the walking path to the beach, and The Marginal Way. (We hardly used our car during our trip.) You have plenty of privacy and the screened in porch is awesome - we spent a lot of time there. The area is very lively so it can get loud at night, but the location can’t be beat….you are right in the middle EVERYTHING. Check in was a breeze and the welcome sheet upon arrival tells you everything you need to know. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Little Getaway

The booking process was very easy. The location Was within walking distance to the town center, night life and the beach. The rental was very clean and cared for. The owners were extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend this rental property because you won’t be disappointed. It will exceed your expectations. Everyone is very kind and friendly which made my trip that much more enjoyable.
