This place is a perfect spot to access Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The condo was clean and the host was so helpful and responsive. The path to Perkins Cove is a beautiful short distance - we absolutely loved our time here!

The place was immaculate, quiet, and very conveniently located for us. We were in town to do the Nubble Lighthouse swim. Afterwards, we enjoyed that we could walk to Perkins Cove for dinner, ice cream, and shopping enjoying the walking draw bridge. The cliff walk that goes to Ogunquit was spectacular. We look forward to next year and will stay again.

The hosts were very responsive and caring. The property was spotlessly clean, felt updated and pretty decor. The location was great.. so close to the ocean and all the places to go! Lovely amenities were there, like fluffy white towels, shower products, laundered shower mat, filtered water in the fridge. The only glitch I had was upon arrival, different town addresses popped up in GPS for the street address, so had to figure that out. Also, difficulty finding the unit number in the Vrbo site. But these were minor glitches. Electricity and WIFi were out the first morning because of the storm, but the hosts were very caring and responsive. It didn’t affect my overall stay. The place is a walk up on third floor so mobility issues can matter, and amount of luggage to carry. I left a valuable in the place and the hosts notified me and are returning it free of charge. Appreciate that! Had a lovely time and would return. Highly recommend the property!

Lori was extremely responsive and friendly! The accommodations were perfect for our two-night stay right near Perkins Cove. The location is ideal for anyone looking to be in walking distance to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and even downtown Ogunquit. Having a parking space was also a huge plus because we could easily drive to York or wherever we desired if necessary. My partner and I felt comfortable our entire time and would absolutely go back. Thank you for having us, being responsive through messages and even phone calls, and providing a clean and safe home away from home!

What a gorgeous place to visit. Such a great room with all the things needed inside. Walking to the shops for gifts and plenty of restaurants to get a drink or have dinner. Gteat place for a special weekend. Pretty of scenery with flowers, boats and water nearby. Would definitely do it again and try to stay in the same place.
