Grand Canyon Brand New Home with AC. Near Golf Course, Lake & Bearizona

Little House on the Fairway. Stay in this stylish brand new home where you can ride your dirt bike or ATV from our driveway to the Kaibab National Forest (about a half mile away), walk to the lake across the street or bring your golf clubs and spend the day at Elephant Rocks 18 hole course! We have a coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer along with garage access. We are a couple minutes from downtown Williams, an hour from The Grand Canyon National Park South Rim and 90 minutes from Sedona.

3 bedroom 2 full bath home each styled with a different accent wall. Full size brand new washer and dryer. The master closet includes a pack and play for the little ones. Please see our manual for tons of ideas on what to do in the area!

If you have an ATV or dirt bike you can take off from the driveway to the Kaibab National Forest which is about a half mile away with plenty of trails. Please download an offline map before going as cell reception may not work.

Downtown Williams along Route 66 is a couple minutes away. Flagstaff is about 40 minutes, The Grand Canyon National Park South Rim is 60 minutes and Sedona or Prescott are about 90 minutes! The perfect hub to all your explorations, we have plenty of recommendations on endless things to do while you are here!

Brand new community beneath the Ponderosa Pines in Williams. Take in the beautiful sunsets against the mountains as you relax in the backyard after a day of adventures and the starry views at night.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was amazing from start to finish. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay . The location was perfect so close to the Polar Express, which made our trip extra special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great getaway.

This is our second stay here and we love it! Came with 2 toddlers for the polar express and the location is perfect. This house is so comfortable and has everything you could need. Responsive host, very clean, well stocked. Just a perfect stay! We will certainly be back Thank you!

After a few days of hiking and glamping - it was so wonderful to be in this cozy space. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, everything was very clean, and the check in & check out process was simple. We only wished we had been able to spend more time there! Stunning home with a wonderful host!

Fabulous Stay

My husband and I are from Erie Pennsylvania. We were visiting our friends in Phoenix and decided to take a trip to Williams and the Grand Canyon. We found this property on VRBO. It did not disappoint! It was a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The property itself was clean and very accommodating with their amenities! Only a few minutes away from Williams with restaurants, shops and museums and Historic Route 66! We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner of the property was very communicative! 5 stars
will stay again!

Nicole was amazing. Very prompt in her responses and super friendly. The home was meticulously clean and very inviting. They also left clear instructions on how to use things and how to leave the home. Aldo there was a welcome book with attractions and things to do and where to eat. Super helpful!! Thank you!!

Nice Neighborhood and beautiful view!

The house was very comfortable.. beds and furniture. The home had everything we needed. The games for kids came in handy when my nephew got bored with his own toys! The check in/check out process was easy. We did not have an opportunity to use the fire pit but it was set up nicely in a fenced back yard, it’s hard to tell that from the photo. The host was easily accessible and friendly. I really loved everything about this stay. Will do it again! Thank you 😊

Property pristine. Pretty decor. Check in and check out easy. Kitchen well supplied. Nice backyard. Con: toilet seat on both commodes would not stay on. Borrowed screwdriver from neighbor, which helped. But doubt that it will be permanent fix. Toilet paper holders inadequate. Would book again.

Quick getaway

Property is exactly as described and pictured. Felt warm and inviting with nice decor. Perfect location to visit the deer farm or mountain coaster and sledding hill. Minutes from train depot and restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again for sure! Woke up to the most magical winter wonderland! Amazing surprise!

Williams Christmas together

This is The first time for our extended family trip. We spent lots of time together talking and catching up with our loved ones. We spent time to hike, to cook, to watch movies, share ideas, and laughs. This is what I always want during the holidays. Just plain family time together. We loved the property because it met all the things we needed for a group of six. It’s cozy and comfortable in a great area. The host was very quick to fulfill our requests. The property is very clean and well-designed. We are tea and coffee drinkers and found that the double wall mugs were very cool.
