Joyeux 100e anniversaire au parc national du Grand Canyon! Quel endroit historique PARFAIT pour passer votre voyage ... Cette belle maison historique a Ă©tĂ© construite en 1893 et a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement restaurĂ©e et rĂ©amĂ©nagĂ©e en 2013. Toutes les commoditĂ©s sont modernes, tout le charme est historique. Deux lits king size, un lit queen et un lit jumeau peuvent accueillir des groupes bien. Cuisine moderne et buanderie incluses. Wi-Fi gratuit, Netflix, tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite, cafĂ©, fleurs fraĂźches, savon Ă  lessive, articles de toilette haut de gamme, cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©e - jusqu’aux Ă©pices fournies par Penzey!
Jardin d'herbes d'été. Arbres fruitiers (pomme, prune et poire). Beaux jardins de saison. Grande cour, barbecue et patios invitent à la détente en famille et entre amis. L'emplacement vous permet de marcher presque partout. Les amateurs d'histoire apprécieront les photos et les artefacts exposés à la maison. Séjournez dans l'une des maisons les plus emblématiques de Williams, qui a paru dans le magazine Flagstaff Mountain Living, This Old House et The Williams News, ainsi que dans le AZ Daily Sun. Récipiendaire du Prix d'honneur pour la préservation historique du gouverneur 2015. Le secrétaire à l'Intérieur a inscrit cette propriété au registre national des lieux historiques. Occupation maximale est de 8. Cette propriété a également été certifiée Habitat de la faune par la Fédération nationale de la faune.

Cette location de vacances est vraiment quelque chose de spécial.

Cette maison ne dispose pas de la climatisation centrale, mais dispose de chambres individuelles qui permettent aux clients de rester Ă  l'aise. Nous avons Ă©galement de grandes fenĂȘtres grillagĂ©es et des ventilateurs de plafond.

Nous n'autorisons PAS les fĂȘtes ou les Ă©vĂ©nements spĂ©ciaux pour le moment. Cette maison convient mieux aux enfants plus ĂągĂ©s car elle n’est pas "sĂ»re pour les enfants" et est une propriĂ©tĂ© historique.

Stayed with our family of 5 that included my 80 year old mom. She loved this house with all the historic detail. Good location with walking distance to Safeway and Dairy Queen, which the kids loved. Plus the easiest check out list we have had in awhile :)

Awesome comfortable place!

Our family came up to do the Polar Express and truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous historical house. The location is awesome (walk to Safeway and downtown) and the large rooms had plenty of space for our group. We plan on making this a family tradition!

Bachelorette Party Weekend

There were 4 of us on this trip and this house was absolutely amazing. We each had our own room with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The photos throughout the house are a really cool way to explore the history! We will definitely be renting from here again if we go to Williams!

Vacations don’t get better than the Historic Yellow House

Our family trip to the Historic Yellow house in Williams exceeded our expectations in every way! Excellent location, amenities, communication and attention to little details such as welcome notes and decor helped us enjoy our time and create lasting memories. Amazing house

We loved our stay at the Yellow House. We stayed over Christmas, and the house was decorated with a tree and lights and stockings and everything! House is within walking distance of all the Williams shops, restaurants and the train station. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem!

Rented for a trip to Grand Canyon with friends. We all had our own bathrooms which is great! Everything you could possibly need was available and the owner was always quick to respond to questions! We will back!

Just Perfect

Our stay at the Historic Yellow House was just perfect. The home is beautiful and comfortable. This host has thought of everything and added many special touches. It is walking distance to Dairy Queen and that became our evening ritual. We highly recommend this lovely home.

This gorgeous historical property was just as described. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived, with beautiful holiday décor throughout. Every room is cozy and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. A 5-star review is just not enough to accurately describe how wonderful this house is.

Great historic house in a convenient location!

Six of us (and one dog) spent a week here in Williams. This house was perfect - plenty of room for everyone to spread out and comfortable common areas when we were all together. The history of the house is quite interesting. The location is great - Safeway and DQ are right out the back door and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house is extremely well stocked - the best I've ever seen for a VRBO rental. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely and comfortable stay

The fireplaces were welcome on the cold nights. We really liked the historic pictures and memorabilia in the cabinet upstairs. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay. This was helpful after spending our days hiking and driving back and forth between area sights. We wished we could have moved the lodging with us to our next stay in Sednona. The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives (which we almost never find in rentals). There were fun games for the kids to play too. Thanks for a great stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Payce is managing for the owners, Scott and Abby. Scott and Abby fell in love with and purchased the Historic Yellow House in December 2021. The Historic Yellow House was owned by the same family for 93 years! Before that, it served as the bunkhouse and supervisor's office for the Saginaw & Manistee Lumber Mill. The rich history of the home and the area are fascinating. The previous owner’s (The Moede’s) watched the beautiful property fall into disrepair, and decided they had to do something. They bought the home in 2012 and carefully dis-assembled the entire property saving everything historic they could. Re-claimed wood, original floors and amazing stonework still remain. Artifacts and photos abound in the home. Charm and comfort of a bygone era welcome guests. A perfect 'summer cottage' in a wonderful mountain community. Scott and Abby look forward to starting new family traditions and memories in the Yellow Hose and want to share this special home with others as well.
