Aloha and welcome to our lovely remodeled home away from home in the heart of Kihei, Maui. Our remodeled vacation rental condo offers beautiful furniture and decor to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in paradise! Maui Vista 3202 is the perfect retreat for couples and friends looking for a relaxing and well-equipped island style getaway to explore the wonders of Maui. Whether you're here for relaxation, adventure, or both, Maui Vista 3202 offers the ideal vacation rental experience on our beautiful island. Our unit is on the south corner of building 3 directly above the walking path through the gardens that leads straight to the crosswalk to the beach across the street, so you'll never have to walk through the parking lots to get to the beach.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay

Great place to stay!

Property was great! Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler backpack were great to have for the beach. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This unit has been fully updated with top-of-the-line details and furnishings, as well as a new quiet AC system throughout. Very clean, comfortable floor plan, quiet location in the complex, many restaurants & great beach within walking distance.

Excellent property!

This property was exactly as pictured/described in the listing! Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Clear instructions for arrival and departure and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions or comments we had. This is walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants but there is ample parking. We plan on staying here again when we book our next trip.

Aloha! Thank you so much for staying with us. Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your recent stay with us. Your feedback is invaluable, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We want to assure you that we have been actively addressing the concerns raised in your review. Upon learning about the situation, we tried to offer our assistance over the phone but was refused, therefore, our staff visited the unit instead and discovered that the incorrect wifi information was provided in the unit. We took immediate action by leaving the correct wifi information in the unit and ensured that it was in working order. Despite your absence during our visit, we made certain that everything was properly set up for your convenience. Regarding the TV sound issue, We have inspected it during our visit and confirmed that it was perfectly working. We left the TV on with the sound enabled, but it seems there was a misunderstanding with the remote control operation. We acknowledge that this part was an error on the user's end, and we took the initiative to leave a detailed note on the counter. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and it's disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations in this regard. We take your comments seriously, and we would like to express our sincere apologies for any challenges you faced. This condo was perfect in all ways. The condo itself is really quite lovely and comfortable. It was spotless when we arrived and has everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed amenities and then some. There are 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and even tennis equipment! The lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and views of the development. The development is quiet and maintained beautifully. Each building has it's own pool and tennis / pickleball courts to enjoy. There is a paved path almost right outside the condo that brings you directly to the intersection with the beach across the street. The development is located on the main drag in Kihei, close to shops and restaurants that you can walk to. You have the option of 3 beaches all in walking distance. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend this condo! It's beautiful.
