This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This split level home has an open concept living room and dining room combo. The gorgeous kitchen has exceptional attention to detail. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs you'll find a master suite equipped with its own living space and en suite bathroom. Relax outside on our sectional and enjoy BBQ time with your loved ones. There's enough space for everyone to enjoy.

The house felt bigger than the pictures showed. It was a great house for a family of 5. 8 people can stay comfortably in this house. The neighbor was nice. I would stay here again.

The Brookfield house was very comfortable and accommodating for our stay. The little details we found at the house, the Christmas tree and holiday decorations were a nice touch along with the all the household amenities provided. The host was very accommodating and interested in our experience at the house. Check-in and checkout were easy and straightforward. Our family enjoyed our stay at the house while in Chicago. Thanks for everything.

great stay in brookfield. beds were a lot bigger than we thought, can fit 3-4 for bed so that was convienient so no one had to sleep on the couch.

The house has been beautifully renovated and is very nicely furnished. We were a group of 7 that came to support the two runners in the Chicago Marathon. All the bedrooms are very comfortable. and of equally nice, so no one felt badly about where they were sleeping. The common space is also lovely and it was nice to hang out there. The kitchen is user friendly. One thing to keep in mind is that while there are two bathrooms, the one upstairs is shared by the three upstairs bedrooms. A very nice and quiet place when visiting Chicago, about 30 minute drive from the center, with the traffic.

Comfortable and Easy Stay

This property was a good location to airports and restaurants. It was very clean! The 4 King size beds were comfortable. There was coffee, filters and a coffee pot so that gave our first morning a good start. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook.The WiFi was strong and easy to connect to as we had 4 people working one morning. The property managers were great communicators and easily accessible. The property was comfortable and easy!Also, there is a restaurant about two blocks away called Tony’s and they have great breakfast which we picked up and brought back.

Nothing Short of Perfect

I had an amazing stay with 8 of my closest friends. The property was JUST as described, if not better. There was so much room for us to be together and not feel cramped on top of each other. I appreciated how large the beds were, so it wasn’t awkward for any of us to share a bed. We were a little confused on how to work the thermostat, but when we reached out to the host, he was super helpful. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Brookfield House

The property was clean and as advertised. The beds were great! The kids enjoyed the play area in the basement. The adults enjoyed hanging out at the dining room table. The use of the electronic lock was a little cumbersome at first but once we got the apps installed, etc. that worked well. The neighborhood is just okay. Good sidewalks for walking, etc. The location near major street is convenient, which is one of the reasons we chose the property. We would stay again.

lovely home

We had a lovely stay. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics needed (silver wear, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc). House is close to a main road but still a quiet neighborhood. Driveway was great as overnight street parking is not allowed. Close proximity to a Trader Joes (and other grocery stores) for easy grocery shopping. I would absolutely stay again! Only "negative" (and I wouldn't really call it a negative) is that the next door neighbor has two dogs that are outside often during the day and bark occasionally.

Great beds

We chose this property for the beds and we did get good beds. All king size and comfortable, you need an app to check in, you cannot control the temperature of the place and you are living in a fish bowl, the whole neighborhood can see in from the kitchen/living room. No facial tissue only two rolls of toilet paper and one extra towel. I hope it’s a new listing because it needs a lot of attention to detail! Also outside light goes on and off all night

Great home for two families

The property was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed as two families (nine persons total) traveling together with the purpose of exploring Chicago. The neighborhood was quiet. Our children really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking pans. It would have been a bonus to see olive oil, aluminum foil, and salt/pepper. We would have liked to see a minimum of one sleeping pillow per advertised guest limit as well as an entire extra sheet set and blanket. We used the fold out sofa in the game room and had difficulty locating the "extra" bedding. The updated fixtures throughout were enjoyable. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.
