The host is outstanding! Very responsive and helpful. The home was in a great, walkable location. It was clean, updated and well stocked with the basics. I especially appreciated how clean it was. You feel more like you're in a hotel than someone's home. .

Great layout for a big group. Clean, huge kitchen and living area that allowed for gathering and hanging out. It felt big but cozy.

A great house for a large gathering. However, it should be known that you’re next to the train (very hard to sleep in the back half of the house) and one of the bedrooms is actually a garage.

As soon as we walked in, we all fell in love with the house. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Everything was was perfect! Cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find. We did not have one bad issue. The house was set up perfect. Plenty of room and the way the space was utilized, even the garage turned into a room was clever. Yes there is a train but we didn't even pay attention to it after the first hour, lol. This house is definitely worth the stay and the owner was very accommodating. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Sensational Stay in Chi-Town

The Eddy House was perfect for our weekend get-away with our close family friends. There was plenty of space for all of us (11 in total) to relax and enjoy our time together. The house was clean and comfortable. A special mention for the multiple options for morning coffee - that was a big hit for our crew. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Check in was simple. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. We had 11 adults here for 2 nights and a Cubs game. Nice walk to the game and other places nearby. Our host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Great Location to go downtown & Wrigley Field

Great experience staying here. There were 4 kids and 4 adults and were all very comfortable. Loved how walkable it was for food, such a cute area. Loved that we could go downtown easily on the brown line but then go back home away from the crowds. Felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This was the perfect stay. The house had everything we needed and the best were super comfy! We enjoyed the front yard, the ample space and the A/C. The house stayed perfectly cool no matter where you were sleeping. There were so many places within walking distance, the street was quiet and we had a wonderful time.

Cubs Game

A few friends and family came to Chicago for the cubs game. Most of the group had never been to a cubs game, or Chicago at all. The house is in a great spot with fun bars within walking distance & it was really easy to find parking as well. Everything is extremely close! Thank you so much!!

Fun with friends

We enjoyed our stay with our large group as this home was perfect for us! There was plenty of space to sleep and hangout. The front yard is great, especially when the weather is warmer. It was a convenient location to walk to Wrigley or take the train into the heart of the city. There were also several local restaurants and bars nearby. The host was very responsive before and during the stay if we had any questions or needs arise. Thanks for hosting us!

Awesome House

We had a great time staying at the Eddy house! It is in a great neighborhood that is close to both Wrigley and Boys Town. Lots of close restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping close by. We actually used Lime Scooters to get around most places. The house itself was well-kept and clean. We had everything we needed for our trip already provided by the host. I did reach out to the host with a few questions and they were very prompt with their response and very accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful!

The house is chic, so cute, clean with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, from a small to relatively large group. It worked absolutely perfect for our needs! I also could not say enough good things about Collette - she was so responsive, accommodating and lovely!

Clean home, responsive host

The property looks as-advertised. It is clean, cute, and convenient to great restaurants and bars. It is also in a beautiful neighborhood. In addition, the host helped us twice and responded to us within 15 minutes after notifying them of an issue. The place is great!
