The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Built in 1890 this single family home holds historic touches while maintaining modern qualities. All three bedroom are located on the second floor. Enjoy being walking distance from most major downtown restaurants and bars, boutiques and wedding venues; while also being close to UD, the airforce base and all most of the major hospitals. You'll enjoy your time in this quite neighborhood.

Excellent weekend stay

I highly recommend anyone staying at this beautiful property. The owners thought of everything, from hair straightener to coffee to board games. This is one of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed in and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this home more and I look forward to staying in the future.

Loved staying here. Close to good restaurants and UD. Lovely home - clean and well appointed with thoughtful additions like a coffee bar with coffee syrup. Owners quick to respond. Will stay here again!

We loved this property. Perfect for bigger family. Very updated and clean in a safe neighborhood. The leather couch worked for another sleeping spot and there was also a pull out sofa for another bed we did not need to use. I will be telling all my UD parent friends about this great rental!

Awesome place to stay!

Would absolutely recommend staying here. House was updated and incredibly clean. Living room area is perfect for spending time with friends/family, and everything we needed was there. 3-5 minute walk to breakfast restaurant, brewpub, ice cream shop and more. Would definitely recommend!

This is a nicely refurbed classic home in cute and safe neighborhood. It is walking distance to a great breakfast place and a great microbrewery. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The house was perfect. The owners have thought of every detail to make this a home away from home. It was a welcome home base for our son’s wedding. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, cozy couches with extra throws were icing on the cake for a top notch property. This was so much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Thank you!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay, this home is comfortable, clean and full of special touches to make us feel welcome. It’s in a lovely neighborhood that’s close to local restaurants and sites, and it’s just a 20 minute walk to the Oregon District. The owner is great, instructions for checking in and out were very clear and simple. We would definitely stay again.

This property is perfect- there's not much else to say!! It's super comfortable, immaculate inside and out, has all the extras you or your family could need... As I told the owners- this is the house all Vrbo hosts should take notes! We were a family of six (two adults, four kids) and were perfectly comfortable.

Couples Weekend

We had a great stay here. We were nervous because there weren’t a lot of reviews, but took a chance. So glad we did. The home is historic and modern in just the right ways. The neighborhood is very historic. In fact, there was a special event going on where costumed guides were giving tours of the beautiful homes on this street.

Perfect!

We had a dance competition at the Dayton Convention Center and this location was ideal. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The owner was very communicative and even reached out to let us know we could check out later if it was helpful as his cleaner was sent coming until later. I found this to be very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely home in beautiful historic neighborhood. This house seems bigger than it appears in the listing and is very well appointed. The hosts anticipated every need and stocked us quite well. Very clean and orderly. All three bedrooms were well suited to a couple, including storage space. Would definitely stay here again.Location is easy walking distance to much of the Oregon District and downtown Dayton.
